Beautiful space, mediocre food, bad service.

Very, very disappointing visit. The view and spaces were very nice, and my hopes were high based on the rich decoration, nice reviews, and live music. But, the food was average and bland. I needed to request extra spices more than once and I applied it heavily since the pizza had very little flavor (it simply doesn’t compare to the five New York pizzerias I visited over the last three days in New York City). The service was substandard, and for a pizza and a drink followed by sparkling water, I waited over two hours. And this was well before the place was even filled. Frankly this was the worst service I’ve experienced in São Paulo in more than 100 restaurants. But the restaurant management seems not to care because they’re busy. I waited 15 minutes for a napkin, 45 minutes for a toothpick, and about an hour for my check. Confusion was met with promises which were never acted upon. Just a confused place that seems to be busy for the moment/season. I’m sure that as long as the service continues to suck and the food continues to hover at the slow and average level, it can’t succeed as a restaurant. Unless this place wants to continue more as a large event space and less as a quality restaurant, it has to change and improve its food...

An unforgettable pizza experience in São Paulo!

Veridiana is much more than just a pizzeria – it’s a complete dining experience. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful, perfect for a first date or the tenth. The pizzas are baked in traditional stone ovens, prepared right in front of you, and instead of simply placing the pizza on the table, the servers bring it to a side stand and serve you one slice at a time. They even offer vegan cheese as an option, which makes it a great choice for everyone. It truly feels like dining in a five-star, Michelin-level restaurant.

The service is outstanding – professional, attentive, and very welcoming. And after 8 PM, live piano and cello music filled the room, adding a magical touch that made the evening even more special.

Loved the place! This place is 200 meters from our hotel and we went the first day of our trip to Sao Paulo.

The atmosphere was great and relaxed, a beautiful place to eat a pizza! We sat downstairs with a big group, which looked like we were sitting outside, next to the jungle, lovely! The waiters were very friendly and helpful. None of use spoke Portugese, but that was not a problem.

The pizza was almost the best pizza I ever had. A lot of special pizzas for us(Dutch people) with wonderful flavors. You can choose between thin and medium crust, and both were delicious! Some shared one large pizza with two and it's pretty normal to share pizzas with more people. Awesome!

The price was, for pizza, a little on the expensive side, but the atmosphere, friendly waiters and the taste made up for it! Definitely would recommend this...
