I was at this subway on 11/22/2020 at 2300 next to gate 325 and there was a heavier set gentlemen that was working at that time. I had a great experience in my entire week in Brazil with the exception on ordering food here. The gentlemen was beyond rude. I have never experienced such hate from anyone. He took his sweet time getting to me, by doing things like stocking the sandwich paper when he already had plenty and I told him my flight leaves in 10 min. He didn’t seem to care. He said what do you want I told him Italian BMT didn’t ask me what bread just picked a bread from somewhere and made it and put it to the side and moved on to the next customer. Didn’t even toast it. He asked the next guy in line what he wanted and what bread. I then mentioned hey my flight is leaving can you please finish my order. In an extremely rude manner he continued with my sandwich and pretended he didn’t speak English. There was a gentlemen that ordered food before me and one after me and this guy was kind to them. I felt that I was treated in a different manner as I am a female. He took my money, then slammed my sandwich shut and gave it to me. In a time where jobs are scarce, I feel that this guy was not thankful to have one. I felt that he put such negative energy in my food and I did not end up eating it.
