True Coffee Inc. — Restaurant in Região Imediata de São Paulo

I stumbled upon True Coffee after venturing out of my hotel with a coworker to find a space to work and eat lunch. They were everything I was expecting and more. They know their coffee and service is incredible. I got their caprese sandwich and cold brew. I wish the sandwich had less cheese, but it still wasn’t entirely inedible. The cold brew was nutty and had just the right balance of water and coffee, not too watery but not too concentrated either. I loved the coffee so much I brought a light roast bag back to the United States for my coffee snob partner, who tends to prefer Ethiopia beans. He loved this bag of beans and I’m glad to have shared my love for Brazil beans with him for the first time. Found this gem nearby Ave. Berrini, the coffee selection is quite interesting, specially the cold brew with summery options. The best thing though is the environment, it's soooo cozy and nicely decorated, it makes you feel like home. They have indoors and outdoors tables and chairs,but I'd recommend the backyard, with high tables and even a couch. The staff is super nice and they make a big difference. I've been there a few times and I'll just keep coming back. Oh, make sure you don't forget your fidelity card for perks, you know, who doesn't like a free coffee once...

Entrei esperando tomar um café gostoso. Saí com muita vontade de voltar! Cafeteria que sabe fazer café, tem diversos tipos de grãos e métodos. Tomamos um coado V60 microlote. Escolhemos o de frutas vermelhas com mel. Absolutamente maravilhoso!

Eu sempre sinto vontade de comer um chocolatinho com café depois do almoço, mas quando o café coado é especial e muito bom, essa vontade passa.

De todo modo, a vitrine é de babar. Na ocasião tinha brownie tradicional, recheado de Nutella e recheado de doce de leite. Tinha também torta de limão, cookies diversos, brigadeiros etc.

Para não sair sem experimentar um docinho, pedimos um brownie com recheio de doce de leite, que por sinal é feito por eles. O chocolate do brownie é muito gostoso, o doce de leite deu um charme na garfada, muito feliz com a escolha.

O ambiente é muito legal. Mistura um ambiente antigo e descolado com uma modernidade. Eles vendem cafés em grãos ou moídos para levar para casa e diversos equipamentos para os amantes de café. Recomendo muito!
