Went there once and won’t be returning anytime soon. The barista(an adult) was flirting with one of the people who was with me ( a minor, and obviously one might I add), which is not only unprofessional but also creepy considering the age difference. Additionally, her making of two drinks and serving one pastry took 20 minutes, when we were the only customers in the coffee at the time. The drinks (an iced oat milk late and a cappuccino) were just about mediocre, so was the pastry that we got. The interior felt somehow rushed and incomplete but then that might just be my preference. To be completely honest, my biggest issue was the service. If it wasn’t as bad as it was, I would probably have been fine with coming back if in really dire need of coffee. You could say that my experience was a one-off situation and that is true, however to me this is still unacceptable. Not to mention everything was overpriced, which is often the case for a lot of “aesthetic cafes”/specialty coffees in the Sofia centre and I am fine with paying more if I know the experience will be worth it…in this case it certainly wasn’t. I truly hope that my experience is not common, but considering that there are so many amazing cafes in Sofia centre, I would avoid this...
Read moreJust arrived in Sofia with my girlfriend for a weekend and we discovered this coffee shop. Always a little bit afraid when we arrived in " fancy, cosy" places but we felt good as home. We were welcomed and we asked for the " best seller ", the owner gave us good advices, we ordered a like a salted " bun" with dried tomatoes and mozzarella and it was so good with the coffee in the morning ! just the perfect combo to start a day ! We ordered after a sweet thing, called " creme brulée" and I come from France so I wanted to taste it... No regrets ! Liked it sooo much ! I could eat maybe two more cause to the taste in it ! If you ever tasted a French crème brulée, you should try this pastry ! We discovered after that the owner spent few years in France so we spoke a little bit French and it was for a French the special French touch !
It's almost the same price than Starbucks ( a little bit more expensive ) but we are sure than all the pastries are home made, we saw the baker in action !
Many thanks...
Read moreI recently visited 369, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
The cappuccino I ordered was nothing short of exceptional. It was perfectly crafted, with a rich, velvety foam and a balanced, robust flavor that highlighted the quality of their beans. They proudly serve 5 Elephants Coffee, which is known for its distinct, high-quality profile, and it really made a difference in the flavor of my drink.
But what really made my visit special was the barista. Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable about the different types of coffee, but they were also genuinely kind and attentive. It's rare to find a place where both the product and the service are top-notch, but 369 delivers on both fronts.
If you're a coffee lover looking for a place with great vibes, delicious cappuccino made with 5 Elephants Coffee, and a barista who knows their stuff, 369 is definitely worth a visit. I can’t...
