Burger King — Restaurant in Jalisco

Very nice place. The place is very comfortable, since they don't have convencional tables and chairs as other fast food places, such as McDonald's.Thus, regardless if prices are acceptably common, the experience you get eating there is way more enjoyable. The only negative thing I could say about the place is the service. The workers are nice people, but the service is especially slow the weekends by the afternoon, when the place is very crowded. I understand this of course, however is a very old restaurant and I think they ought to have more experience to deal with this. This is the only Burger King in this side of Mexico. They do not understand the process of custom orders which is the selling point of Burger King. If no one is at the cash register than the only option is the machine screen order. The machine does not allowed custom orders either. Soda fountain are not cold, their closer to the kitchen and it's why people are saying it's bad sodas. Lastly, they don't have delivery, you can not get Burger King from Uber Eats or Didi. De la manera más honesta que puedo decirlo: Que pena de lugar, no entiendo como siguen en servicio. Para empezar, las filas suelen estar larguísimas y solo 1 cajero atiende a la vez. Ya que te atienden es común que algún problema se te atraviese, y los tiempos de espera son muy largos. Los precios no son nada especial, solo ligeramente más bajos a otras opciones. La calidad de la comida es lamentable, a veces fría, a veces hasta da asco verla, sólo las papas fritas se pueden salvar. Los refrescos están tibios y sin gas, muchas veces no hay hielo. La limpieza del lugar es regular a mala, refleja una clara falta de personal. Y no ayuda el hecho de que todo esté a la vista, desde los tanques de las máquinas de refresco hasta los pobres empleados siendo explotados por un salario mínimo haciendo tu "comida" a máxima velocidad. Los baños huelen raro, aparte, el lugar se suele acalorar mucho, no hay mesas disponibles, y se suele ver lo peor de lo peor en cuanto a clientes. Un día vi una pelea a golpes por HIELOS. Ah, y acaban de poner unas pantallas bastante inútiles a la entrada del lugar, según para pedir, pero es raro que estén en funcionamiento.
