We celebrated a birthday dinner at this hotel, and it had both an outdoor and indoor skybar, which was nice. Overall, the experience felt fair for the price. I would rate the food a 7/10. I have my doubts when I read the reviews at google because some people complained about the speed of the service. Subpar. They took me to the top room but the AC was on so the windows were fogged up. Couldn't see much. I asked to sit one level down / outside but they said no, "it might rain". Disappointing.
