My stay coincided with the king’s coronation holiday and I was certainly in for treat! Three nights of fireworks, how lucky! I even got to witness a ceremony of sorts from my room window (red carpet and the full works). The hotel’s location is amazing with unmatched views of the Royal Palace, Wat Botum Park and from the rooftop infinity pool on the 12th floor, a breathtaking view of the river!Just a short walk on the main road, you’ll find a small Daily Mart with necessities, the victory monument just across the road, and Brown Cafe (it’s not the only branch but it’s the coolest-looking one with a little glass house centre and good cold drip coffee). While the hotel doesn’t have a gym, Phnom Penh is a relatively walkable city and you can definitely get your steps in while exploring.Don’t miss the sunset - absolutely stunning from the pool. You can order food from the restaurant (the hotel’s only restaurant on the 11th floor) and they’ll serve it to you poolside.Breakfast and the food at the hotel’s restaurant is average at best and you’re much better off having it at Brown Cafe just 2 min walk from the hotel, or any of the local eateries nearby. When I checked in, the hotel upgraded me to a deluxe king room but I noticed a strong smell of turpentine or some chemical sealant that stung my eyes. It was likely from some recent repair works. Turning up the AC and opening the windows solved it.Bonus points for the bedding - super comfortable. Had the best sleep and there were mornings where I had to pull myself out of bed.But the best part of this comfortable fuss-free hotel is the warm hospitality and service from the hotel staff. They truly made my stay feel like a home away from home. Special shoutout to Thiya from the front desk for helping me out when I broke a glass in the bathroom, and for his patience with my incessant queries. I’ll...

Wasn't sure how to review this hotel but I'll start with the positives. It is, of course, great value for money. The rooftop pool is possibly in the best position in Phnom Penh to get an overall view of the skyline and was a clean and pleasant place to be. Poolside service is also offered which was useful. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

The rooms are a good size, and the bathroom is large with a powerful shower. Water could be incredibly hot! Air con worked so no issues there.

Overall though, I thought the rooms were a bit tired and in need of a refresh. The fridge didn't really work and some of the fabrics and furniture were a bit worn. There wasn't anywhere to unpack either, no usable storage space.

The noise from outside can be pretty bad, we had a particularly insane 3.30am wake up from what sounded like a mega party outside but was actually a marathon starting!

The single lift was OK for us but it can mean waiting at busy times.

Was also a bit disappointed with the breakfast, was a pretty limited selection - possibly more options for...

We turned up at the Hotel the reception lady was super friendly and it was a nice welcome, the hotel is modern very comfortable beds and super clean very happy with our choice as the location is perfect for getting around. Things to watch in out particular room we had no room to hang anything except short shirts and even they touched the floor of the cupboard, it’s has very restricted room as the safe is in the same closet. Also be aware once the power is off the fridge shuts off as well so don’t keep anything in there that could go off. Only one lift and it takes a while to get up and down. Tried breakfast in the Hotel for $9 US each person don’t waste your money, very poor selection and poor coffee, disappointed for a hotel of this calibre, we were warned by our friends not to have breakfast it is poor value for money we travel extensively in Asia this is one of the worst selection of a breakfast we have ever had. We would come back but get...

I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. As a dual citizen who speaks fluent Khmer, I was shocked by the staff's preferential treatment towards Western guests over Cambodian guests. So racist! Despite paying the same rate of $100 AUD for a triple room, I received subpar service that didn't match my expectations. The room was not worth the money, with a lingering smell of smoke and an unclean toilet. Plus There was no welcome drink offered. No fridge guys! My previous stay at Chiaya Palace Hotel was exceptional. For the same rate, I enjoyed a spotless room, friendly staffs, and a warm welcome drink. Amazing service. Highly recommend to check this hotel out. Only 1 block away! Unfortunately, Chiaya Palace was fully booked during my return trip, so I was forced to stay at this hotel for only one night. I would not recommend this hotel to others. Please refer to the attached photos before deciding to stay here.

My stay here was beyond impeccable. I came for peace and tranquility and I got just that. The staff go above and beyond to cater for you and I was humbled by the courtesy and respect that was extended to me every day. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable from the bed to the bathroom. The staff are really professional, friendly and helpful and are very kind and resourceful with information about touring the city and the country. The restaurant has an excellent menu and the rooftop pool is unbeatable with breathtaking views.  It is an honour and  privilege to have this experience in this precious city. I hope I have the chance to come back one day. Thank you Glow Park- you are wonderful!  🫶🏾🙏🏽
