Wendy's — Restaurant in Abbotsford

Atrocious customer service - constantly speak-over or interrupt the customer while making their order in the drive thru, as well as not having the capacity to properly understand or listen to the customers requests - it helps to hire employees who properly know the language (sounds rude but I’m tired of repeating myself and orders still being wrong)

Food was poor as usual - you can bank on this place if you either want your orders wrong or your food raw. We only ordered chicken strip meals and both of them come with Raw strips. My standard of fast food has rapidly fallen single handedly to this specific Wendy’s.

By Far the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to, I live 10 minutes from it but would gladly drive 15-20 minutes for a different location. It ABSOLUTELY BAFFLES me that there are fake reviews on this place trying to make it seem better than it is - Shame on the staff, managers and the owner. The women who take your orders and make your food are rude and don’t listen well, as well as hard RBF. Never a “hello how is your day” or a thankyou or anything, they only want to know what you’re ordering, tell you how much it is, and then give you the wrong items.

-Also noted, Multiple times I have returned home with my meal only to find it wrong, or just plain gross and have had to throw away full meals.

I'm writing to you today to ask you to give the highest respect..... Endless commendations and the greatest accolades ever to a truly amazingly great professional, Rajwant.

I had a very important meal that I had to order on the skip app today, however skip did not have it visible for me to order it and Rajwant really cared about my dilemma and she went above and beyond the realm of excellence...... Providing us with the best customer service ever!

The food was made specifically fresh to the special instructions and everything that was given was exactly what I needed.

She is kind, caring, amazing and she has the best positive energy.

She makes us feel very valued as customers and we truly appreciate her more than words can say.

We know that she must be a true blessing to her parents, as she was such a blessing to us today.

The meal of misfortune was absolutely amazing...... It was hot, fresh and mouth-watering...... The nuggets and fries were cooked to perfection. .. absolute perfection, just like the amazing Rajwant.

She deserves to be very high up in this company, because she knows the importance of caring about her customers and providing them with such excellence.

We highly recommend this amazing Wendy's location, the great food and most importantly the best professional...

Ordered 3 spicy chicken burger combo and my order was missing 3 burgers !

At first , They kept me waiting in rain in driveway for atleast 25 minutes even-though there was just 1 car ahead me ! then they gave me my order saying and confirming that everything was inside one bag. But when I reached at my place and opened up bag , burgers were missing ! Secondly , they did not answer call even after calling 5 times. I had to call tim hortons beside them to tell them to pickup the call. After answering call , manager didnt even apologized once instead agreed said that yes girl forgot to handover bag to you. Her attitude was as if it was all my fault . Upon asking for compensation she said “ We will give you 3 ‘free’ burgers on your next visit” When i went there again today , i told whole story with receipt to girl at window, instead of apologizing , her first questions were “ Are you sure ? Did you called them yesterday ? What did she said ? “ Then she went inside and another girl cameout with 3 burgers and handed over to me as if i am a homeless asking for free food. This time as well not even one single word of regret or apologizes came outta their mouth !

Poor Customer Service at any wendy’s i had ever seen , never going there again. Highly Not recommended...
