UPDATE- Thanks for the reply. I had no expectation that the pizza would be ready when I arrived. It didn't trouble me at all as I wanted to be early to ensure I could have the pizza as soon as it was ready. The issue is in how it was conveyed to me. A simple "Your order is in the oven and will be out in x minutes" would have been fine and expected. What I got was "You're early, the order told you when to come" yeah it did and I decided to just come down early...so what? What's the big deal? Was I asking for my order? Was I being demanding? No, I just wanted to let you know I was there so I could get my order when it was ready. Besides, wouldn't it be weird if I walk in and sit down and don't say anything?

Yeah, so if you order online it will give you an estimate of when order will be ready.

Don't show up early because even if you have zero expectation that your order will be ready and all you wanted to do was pay for your order and sit down. You will get defensive attitude that your order isn't going to be ready for x minutes.

The pizza itself was ok. Whatever kind you want it's the same price since it's unlimited toppings which is great for those that like lots of different toppings.

It's an average pizza place that serves up decent quality on a medium thickness crust for a modest price assuming you want lots of toppings. Not as great if you want a simple cheese pizza. I'd say I would order again over a giant chain like Dominos or Pizza Hut just so you can give a local place...

We are on a mini vacay and researched all the pizza places in Canmore upon arrival. After a long drive we were looking forward to a good pizza and CPU had some very good reviews. This place offers a half and half version for a 2.00 charge, so we opted for that. Unfortunately, they didn't read the order very closely because they put onions and black olives on the entire pizza rather than just half as we requested and paid the extra 2.00 for. Disappointed when you get back to your place and find that they didn't follow the clear order instructions. This is about caring for your customer satisfaction. Do NOT offer to customize if you are not going to do it, and do not add an extra charge for something you are not going to follow through with. I did give two stars because the pizza was fresh for one star and ready on time for a second star. I like the topping options, but wish they would have got this right for us last night.

No, I did not call to complain or tell them as there was nothing that could be done at that point. We were hungry and we didn't want to go back out in the cold to go get a new pizza. Hopefully, these reviews help the staff to improve in these areas. Like I said, the pizza was hot and done on time. The ingredietns...

On Sept 2o, 2022, I ordered the family pack for approx. $54.00 PLUS TAX.

2 Large pizzas, plus fries, plus pizza bread + 2 l pop.

I was waiting for order I asked for the fries while I waited for the remainder of the order. They gave only a few small ketchup packages to go with a fairly large portion of fries. I asked for extra ketchup, which they reluctantly gave me 2 more. I had to ask a few times before I finally got to even close to the amount of ketchup I needed. When I was leaving, I had to ask again for more ketchup as I still had more then half the fries left.. The male cook was quite rude telling me that I had already had enough ketchup. My bill was close to $60.00!!! YET THEY WETE VERY CHEAP AND RUDE TO THERE CUSTOMERS. I a part time resident of Canmore. A have ordered just pizza there before.

There Pizza is just ok, nothing special.

However, the cheapness, pettiness and rudeness displayed over a few packs of ketchup was quite remarkable!!!! I will never return!! There are lots of pizza places that make better pizza, such as Red Top just up the hill, on Benchlands trail. If I want not such good pizza for an expensive price and to be treated poorly by greedy management then this is the place...
