Came into the source today intending to buy a ps5. For a start, the shop was completely empty for the first 30 seconds I was in there, immediately giving me the impression the staff werenât fully onto it. Then the guy came out and after saying I was interested in a ps5 just told me yes they had it in a bundle. I then asked how much and he told me. I then asked how many controllers and he told me. I just got the impression he either didnât take me seriously or didnât care. Certainly didnât feel welcome. I decided that the price point (being a little higher than eBay) in combination with this staff member being unfriendly was enough for me to leave it. Having bought 2 televisions from this location only 7 months ago their lack of desire to assist us when one is broken - again after only 7 months and $1000 dollar purchase.
While the 2 staff members casually leaned on the counter...I guess we were boring them, they told us they couldn't help us because we did not purchaser their warranty....again 7 months and no assistance. No guiding us through the process.
Definitely lost a repeat customer who will share her story with as many people as possible so they do not go through the same thing.
