We went to Marupork Food Truck after our hike to the Grassi Lakes, and this turned out to be a great spot for a post-hike meal! We ordered sisig with rice and barbeque-on-a-stick, spring rolls with rice. The portion sizes were huge! They also had crispy pork binagoongan at the time, and the pork was cooked very well. It was very crispy yet tender inside - yum! 😋 We were so full after our meal. The owners were so kind and hospitable. They have extra chairs and tables ready if you plan to "eat-in" outside of the food truck. We also got to try a chocolate cookie! 🍪 This is a must-try for all Filipino food enthusiasts! Make sure to come with an empty stomach, as your bellies will be so full afterwards. Thanks to the owners of Marupork who gave us such a pleasant experience and wonderful meal. Salamat po! 🙏🇵🇭

We recently visited this Filipino foodtruck in Canmore and we were very impressed! The food was incredibly tasty, full of rich flavors, and left us wanting more. You should try out their spicy crispy sisig, it’s superb! 🔥 The best part is that everything is affordable, making it a great value for the quality you get! 👌 The ambiance is welcoming, and the owner is a standout—friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about their food and customers. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and service are equally top-notch! Highly recommended! 🙌

My partner and I stopped here for lunch on our last day in Alberta. We saw this place on google maps and decided to give it a try, definitely made the right choice! We got the Pork BBQ with rice and Pansit with spring rolls. The pork was flavourful and had a nice bbq flavour, the pansit was perfectly season and the spring rolls were fried to perfection. The service was amazing as well, very attentive and welcoming. If you’re ever in Canmore, give Maurpork a try!

“Babalikan” is a word I would use to describe the food at Marupork Kitchen. I love the lumpia (spring roll), the sisig, and the daily special (tried igado and kare-kare). The flavours are so authentic it reminds me of home. It reminds me of my childhood with all the good dishes my mom prepared when I was living with them. Being away from family and familiar flavours makes it a bit hard for one but Marupork Kitchen fills in the gap and brings us closer to home with its authentic food. I have eaten in so many Filipino restaurants in Canada but a food served with passion and love has a distinct flavour to it that no one could explain. I could not wait to see the growth this family business...
