Always love my Tim's. Fast food at quality taste.... Tim's wants more details.. OK you asked for it.. It was a cold Winter's day, I was thirsty and wanted something warm. I walked into the Tim Hortons located just outside of cross iron mall. I walked up to the cashier our eyes met. I could see that she was a young beautiful woman. She stood there looking at me and I stood there looking at her and we both knew exactly what I wanted. She slowly reached one hand up to the till trembling as she pushed the large regular button. My knees felt weak for a new delicious flavor of Tim Hortons coffee was soon to greet my lips. I wanted something sweeter so I asked for a caramel shot and she complied. I reached into my pants and pulled out my wallet I gave the machine a quick tap and she probably went to work on making my coffee. She delicately pressed the one cream and one sugar buttons on the machine my heart was trembling with excitement. I watched as she stirred my coffee and I waited with anticipation. She slowly covered the coffee with a lid and wrote the letter r and a letter c on it to symbolize my love for regular coffee and the letter c to symbolize How Sweet It Is to grab a Timmy with caramel in it. As she placed my coffee on the counter set those words that I love to hear regular caramel. I grabbed my coffee and began to walk away but we both knew this is not the end of our story as I go to Tim Hortons twice a day for coffee it was just...
Read moreIn around 20 years of frequenting Tim Hortons I can honestly say this is the absolute WORST location I have ever been to.
Watched workers stand around while customers in front of me were waiting to be helped. When it was finally my turn I then also waited over 5 minutes to be helped while 4 or 5 employees stood around blindly. I had to go out of my way to get one of the young girls to come over and help me. I then ordered only coffee because i suspected they would take a horrendously long time preparing the food. Sure enough, even my coffee order was wrong! I ordered 2 large regular coffees and they gave them to me black. I had to tell one employee that it means one cream, one sugar. I understand if you're new or whatever but that should be pretty clear cut in the training manual.
These poor young employees are clearly not being given any sort of mentorship and it's causing absolute chaos in that place. After waiting another 4 minutes I got 2 coffees. In total was there about 20 minutes in what should have been less than a 5 minute exchange.
AVOID this place at all costs if you are on any sort of timeline whatsoever.
You could drive to Edmonton and get Tim Hortons and drive back to this location before your...
Read moreI went in on my drive home out of Calgary. There was two people ahead of me inside this location, they were served and proceeded to pick up counter. The lady at the Til looked at me, walked away and was looking for something to do behind counter..completely ignoring me. I waited for about 10 min and someone else came in asking if this was the line up. I told the lady (costumer) behind me that I was waiting for about 10 minutes....The lady that was at the till looked at us and began serving people at the drive thru window. I walked up to an open til. Still waiting. Then, the lady behind the counter went to the other til and wanted to serve the lady behind me. The lady behind me told me to go up...noticing I was there first. So I ordered and of course she got my order wrong..and may I add gave me total attitude...for what I have no idea. The lady that was waiting behind me left the Tim Horton’s. I’m going to guess she didn’t want to wait and be given the same attitude I was given. If I could give 0 stars for this location I would give it. Definitely will not go back...
