I would first like to say that I dislike and seldom ever write a bad review. Secondly, I would like to mention that I am a huge fan of the Booster Juice Franchise. My adult children and I visit at least 2 - 3 times a week. We recently moved to Aurora and over the past few months, I have been visiting the Booster Juice location on Bayview & Wellington. Each time we have experienced less than favorable customer service. I have tolerated the lack of friendliness and professionalism at this location but can no longer ignore it. On our last visit, August 19th my daughter and I went in for our usual Wednesday morning "boost". It was approximately 9:45 am and we were the only ones in the store at the time. The Associate was washing something in the sink. We patiently waited for her to finish and perhaps acknowledge us. After several moments, I said "Good Morning" to which she responded with a grunt that was barely coherent. We provided her with our order and my 25 year old daughter clearly said, "may I have a Tropi-Kale regular size please". She quickly turned her back to us and proceeded to prepare our drinks, seconds later, barely enough time to properly mix our smoothie, she presented us with our drinks. My daughter noticed immediately that her smoothie was not green. Very politely she said to the server, "I am sorry, I think you gave me the wrong smoothie". The server rudely responded "You ordered Tropical Tornado" my daughter said, "No sorry, I am unable to have dairy, I ordered the Tropi-kale" . The server was clearly annoyed with us. She abruptly turned to make us another smoothie, muttering to herself under her breath. Again, she blended it for barely 10 seconds, poured it into the cup and angrily put it on the counter. My daughter was taken back but her rudeness, so she agains aid "sorry but I did say Tropi-Kale". We both said good bye and left. My daughter and I sat in the car, dumb-founded by how we were just treated, trying to drink our barely blended beverage. She said, "they are always rude here Mom, that's why I don't like to come to this location!" Those words, struck a chord with me. I have been in customer service management for over 30 years. This server's behavior was unacceptable. I looked on the Booster Juice website to look for a customer service contact and did not see one. I chose to write this review, to bring this incident to the attention of management. I will gladly take it down once I have spoken to someone in Customer Service. I would appreciate speaking to the manager/owner of this particular location as as I have had nothing but 5 star service at other Booster Juice Locations. If the individual who was serving us was the manager, then the problem is much larger than this review. I would then like to speak to the Manager of Franchises for Booster Juice. Read moreI am a regular at this location and have been for many years. I went in today and there were 3 people working. One customer was in the store waiting on their order that one employee was working on and another doing clean up and another busy cutting the greens. I stood at the cash waiting patiently until finally the person cleaning came to the cash. She didn’t acknowledge me or say hello, I said hello and she just stared at me. I placed my order and paid and asked for my receipt. She never spoke to me and handed me my receipt. I then waited until the other person handed me two of the same drinks, I explained that one was supposed to be a very berry and one a ripped berry. She had given me two very berry drinks. She just looked at me and said that is what I paid for. Luckily I had my receipt that clearly showed I ordered and paid for a ripped berry and a very berry. She never said anything to me after seeing my receipt and started making the ripped berry drink. She took the other very berry away and put it in the freezer. Then she handed me the ripped berry and said have a nice day. I was very disappointed at the whole experience. My drinks were good as they usually are. Went in and ordered the High Impact Acai (which i’ve gotten several times before and know how it looks and tastes) but received a totally different drink (i think the acai avalanche) which looked more green/purple than the bright redish pink my usual drink is supposed to be. It also tasted terrible, definitely not the drink i usually get.
The indian guy working there (did not ask his name, said he is the supervisor) made my drink wrong and when i told him it doesnt taste or look right he REFUSED TO REMAKE the drink or refund me. He said he is sure he made it correctly and can make me a second drink only if i pay😂😂😂
So ridiculous. Very disappointed to have paid $11 for the WRONG DRINK and to also receive no customer service whatsoever. If you go to any other food/ drink shop they will make sure you get what you ordered and will REMAKE the drink or food if you are unhappy. Mistakes happen, but customer service is about making the customer happy, not arguing with them that the drink was made correctly. I really hope the manager/ owner sees this and saves their business because such employees are just pushing away your customers.
