The individuals working here, make a visit to this location awful. The older women that work behind the counter, pick and choose who they want to serve if you walk in. They also like speaking in another language at times in philipino, when they don't want customers to know what they are saying. A very recent visit, led me to experience a woman helping a male customer, who was ALREADY being helped by a young man working behind the counter. She was supposed to take my order (I was the only one standing there), but instead she pretended to be too busy after flirting with the male customer and put on more coffee to brew, which someone else already did a minute prior. She continued pretending to do more important things. This is not the first time these same individuals do this. It happens every time I go here. I literally cross my fingers hoping there are other people working that know how to do their job and serve customers and not pick and choose who to be polite to. Then the young man who finished with the male customer stood there chewing gum, and just stared at me. No greeting, not a word! So I realized he was waiting for my order. Not a word from this individual the entire transaction! It seems there needs to be a course that these individuals take to understand what it means to work, politeness, doing the job you were hired for, treating every customer with respect instead of pretending you're too busy and choosing which people they want to serve. Otherwise there are other people willing to take the jobs that are polite and treat every customer the same. Just disgusting behaviour. I see how other customers have given low star reviews, and the only response they get is to call a number or speak to someone. What for? We are stating what the issues are, and obviously nothing is being done in regards to any issue. We do not need to now go and call a number, when we have said everything on here already. It's what is done with this information on Google Reviews that matters, not telling us to now call a number to...
Read moreThis is the filthiest, most chaotic TH I have ever come across. Where to begin? The place is always a disgusting mess, from the tables and garbage that are overflowing with food items left in disarray, to the blinds that are spotted with food and coffee stains and have never been cleaned. I took pictures of the filth on my last visit and was literally applauded by fellow customers for doing so.
The workers are rude, and often get orders wrong. I have to drive back to return orders because they are not what I asked for. With the exception of the Indian gentleman serving at the drive-through window on Saturday around 10 am, whose impeccable service and kindness is currently the only reason we go back to this hellhole, everyone else is incompetent or rude. I have seen workers yell at elderly customers, and I have often waited to be served by the counter while two servers carried on with personal conversations. As an example, the lady taking drive-through orders Mon-Fri mornings is slightly bigoted because she makes it extra difficult for my husband and me (who both have slight Euro accents) to order. I moved to Canada 25 years ago, when I was a teenager, and I currently teach English at U of T, so as you might imagine, my accent is not all that bad and I am used to public speaking loudly enough to be heard by all of my students. However, this woman will almost invariably ask me very loudly to repeat everything I order and pretend not to hear me many times over. Here's a thought: perhaps she is not the ideal candidate for taking drive-through orders...? I know Aurora might not yet be a beacon of diversity, but it is 2017, and we are in Canada. To end my review, I'd like to point out that coasting off the influx of business from the next-door high-school will only keep the Canadian Food Inspection Agency at bay for so long. When every visit at this location ends with one or more of us, consumers, shaking our heads as we exit, you can be sure you are in dire need of a change...
Read moreI have been going to this Tim Hortons for many years service was never great there was usually always a mess up but THIS WAS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER return to this run hortons. I went to go place my order which was fine, the older lady whom was serving me this past Thursday gave me my change but as she did it flew everywhere. She proceeded to make my order as I looked for my change. Then I asked her how much I received she told me so I realized I was missing money so I asked for the rest of my change. The cashier refused me my change saying my hand was closed, but managed to get a $5 bill in my hand.. hmm either way no matter what I deserve my change the spilt change will. W found later by there coffee station. Also the manager was coaching on her behaviour. Then after asking for a refund because I was refused my change the lady angrily gave me my missing change. She then made 2 of my 3 drinks I was missing the 3rd and my food was already ready and getting cold after almost 10 minutes of being there. As I asked the person whom was making food for my drink the lady whom was serving me slammed the drink on the counter saying "I said your drink was here", but in fact why was my drink not in the tray with the other 2, the 3rd drink came almost 10 minutes after me asking multiple times for it. So long story this place humiliated me in front of clients, she refused my change and held back my order. I will never be back and I don't advise you to go if you want good service there is another one down Wellington with much better service I rather take the extra 2 minutes to...
