Food was fine, but customer service was horrible today no one in line they were only prioritizing there delivery options waited 15 mins for a mozza burger combo told him it was to go when I placed my order. when he gave me my drink it was spilling all over I asked for napkins so I could wipe down the drink he rolled his eyes at me when they finally called my order it was on a tray I told the lady it was actally to go she’s like “well if you want a bag it’s .15” I said ok I need a bag as I couldn’t just carry my meal through the mall

Staff needs to put better effort with cleaning. I came here during downtime and the counter was dirty with coffee and pop stains/spills, straw wrapper, etc. It's very unappetizing to see as it makes me question if I'm being served clean and fresh food. Some days, service is also unbearably slow. I understand that it gets busy and orders pile up, but their management should come up with better ways to be quick and efficent. Cashiers should also learn to stir coffee. I've been given unstirred coffee a few times now.

Ordered a two person teen burger special combo thingy, and specifically asked for no onions... Food comes out, and it has onions in it... Brought this to the attention of a different person at the till, and got a good amount of attitude and rolling of the eyes when I asked for the burgers to be remade.

Beyond this, first person who took the order was great, professional, and friendly, and the food was great! Sadly though, getting a good amount of attitude for an error brought this down to...
