I went to this Tim Hortons yesterday (Saturday) evening around 6:15. When I walked in it was empty except for one other customer who had already placed their order. The sevice was so bad at this Tim Hortons and certainly didn't meet the usual standards I have experienced at other locations. I waited for about 10 mins and no one came to take my order. There were only 2 staff and one was busy with the drive through and the other was busy with the order from the customer in front of me. She was extremely slow in preparing the order for this customer. Finally the staff came to take our order. When I mentioned how slow the service was she replied, "we are very busy", but there was only myself and the customer in front of me in the store. I order two grilled cheese sandwichs with bacon but they had no bacon. The staff as she is taking my order was interuppted by the customer in front of me a multiple times as they kept coming back as their order was wrong (not the correct flavour for the coffees, the coffee wasn't hot). Finally we got our 2 grilled cheese sandwiches. Based on the poor service so far, I felt I needed to checked the sandwiches. I wasn't surprised to see that one of the sandwiches was barely cooked. The cheese wasn't melted. When I told the staff that one of the sandwiches weren't cook, she replied, "well the first one is cooked". This tells me she knew the second one wasn't cooked completely but gave it to me anyways. So we now had to wait longer for her to make another one. When I gave the sandwiches to my kids they said they were not very good. Overall, we were there for about 30 minutes to get our order. That is unacceptable and the management of this location is failing on their customer service. We will NEVER go to this Tim Hortons. Harvey's which is in the same strip mall will be getting my...
Read moreWent to this Tim’s today July 30 @ around 8 pm,to get stepped tea through drive thru , she taken my order I had 4 cars before me so it’s was nice 5 mins waiting, when I went to the window for my turn , I saw that Indian girl was just starting to put tea powder to the machine, meantime she put leftover from the old pot and told me to wait , so thought she is gonna give me fresh but when it’s started to brew with one minute she put different pot and took the pot was added small amount of brew then she mixed old leftover and this small amount of brew to gather and bring it to me! When I asked “ are giving me old one and bitter brew mixed? She is like I don’t have that’s why!!!??? Why she can’t say No in the beginning or asked me wait until finish brewing???? Is that how Tim’s giving your customers a Stepped Tea??? I adamant to get my tea and went inside the store , was waited nice 5 minutes No one came and drive thru person saw me but Not even try to apologize her mistake???? .finally I got my Tea but it’s not great one!!
