Harvey's — Restaurant in Barrie

❗️❗️Must Read❗️❗️ So what happens i went out to get a poutine on their drive-thru. I have been a great fan of their poutine and being a past employee of harveys at other location. So i asked the person on the window to add a ghost pepper sauce on the top of it. There is always an option to garnish the poutine their CRM software or in simple words you can say in the screen, which they denied to do by saying we dont garnish poutines. I said its fine just get me a ghost pepper dipping sauce which comes in a small square sachet. The girl the on the window told me its an extra charge. So far i know there is no charge for the dipping sauce at harveys. There is no option in the system to charge. I asked for the manager. So they started arguing about it. And said we recently got a new option in the system. I said go on charge me for it and please show me the reciept. They lied and charged me $0.50+tax which was under NERDS not dipping sauce. Because there is not such option to charge. The acting supervisor name was Jainam. Who threatened me for the police and denied service when i caught them red handed. And asked me for the receipt back. They just simply blame the management. I want a replay from the management. And same will be reported to the head office. The scam they are doing at this location. Making money by charging extra to the people. They also didn’t gave me full refund. Kept me waited for 15 mins. Then i went to the another nearby location and got the same with not being charged for...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Harvey's and tried their Buffalo Chicken Nuggets and Bacon Double Cheese Poutine. Let me just say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish!

Buffalo Chicken Nuggets: These nuggets were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The buffalo sauce had just the right amount of heat, making each bite a delightful explosion of flavor. They were so good, I found myself savoring every single piece.

Bacon Double Cheese Poutine:This dish was a true indulgence. The fries were golden and crispy, topped with a generous amount of cheese curds and rich gravy. The addition of bacon took it to another level, adding a smoky, savory element that complemented the cheese and gravy perfectly. It was a hearty and satisfying dish that I would highly recommend to anyone.

The service at this Harvey's location was outstanding. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure that everything was perfect. It was the best service I've experienced across all the Harvey's I've visited. They truly went above and beyond to make my dining experience memorable.

Ordered through the drive through. A double original with cheese meal && a double original with cheese & bacon. On the first one was supposed to be banana peppers, LOTS of mayo, lettuce && pickles. On the second (the one with bacon). Just BBQ sauce. Paid for our order && got home. On the first burger there were two small banana peppers. Legit 10 pieces of shredded lettuce a tsp of mayo , 3 pickles && bacon. On the second burger was no bacon which was supposed to be there && no BBQ sauce. I felt bad for my fiancé so when I stripped off the bacon to give to him it naturally took all my cheese with it. So my fiancé called the store to get this corrected with a manager. He was explaining what had happened && I could hear the manager screaming at my fiancé telling him not to be sarcastic as she kept telling him the screen shows the order was correct. So there was no way that the person who made the burgers could have made a mistake. After 2 minutes of her screaming at him && arguing my fiancé asked her for her name to call head office after asking that she began yelling again telling him she’s not afraid of him making a complaint about her that customers complain all the time.
