I never review places, especially fast food restaurants. However, this location is off the charts awful, I wanted to do my part in keeping people away. The first time I went to this location a few weeks ago, I found a hair in my food (none of the staff were wearing hair nets). I stupidly thought to myself that it must have been a one off and asked for new fries which they pleasantly gave to me. I left feeling a bit weird about it but it wasn’t the biggest deal. Fast forward to today, I end work at 10p.m. and decide to grab something fast for dinner. I get there around 11:30 due to some delays. Knowing this is at 24hr location I thought no problem. I get to the window where I am greeted by someone asking me if I was collecting points; I say no then there is silence for probably about five minutes. Now that a while has passed and no one has taken my order (it’s not busy it’s the middle of the night), I decide to pull up to the first window because I thought to myself they must have gotten distracted. When I get to the window I am greeted by this very rude employee asking what I ordered. I explained that no one took my order and I waited for a long time at the window to order. He then slammed the window and started talking to a coworker in his ear. He opened the window back up and yelled that I didn’t place an order and I obviously don’t know how this works - and then rudely tries to explain to me how drive-thrus work. I again explained that no one was coming to the window and then he tries to convince me that the man who greeted me was an auto-generated audio which I know it was not. Anyways, we try to order with him and he’s not having it. We tried waiting at window and according to the person at the window we were knowingly never greeted at all. It ended with us saying that we will just go to another McDonald’s to which his response was quite like something you’d see in mean girls. Super unprofessional calling your customers stupid and insulting them but slamming the door in their faces (twice) somehow seems unbelievably worse. I see other reviews here that are saying the same things ; this location needs help. Awful service, awful food, lack of hair nets and manners....
Read moreIt's alright but the service is on the slow side. Often times go and they seem very flustered even with like 8 people working the counter and kitchen. --This time I went in and waited 10 minutes for my food. There were two other patrons(1 before and the other after I arrived). Drive through was busy, but was being worked diligently by one worker. Another worker was working the cash and they made a specialty drink for the customer that came after myself and then disappeared. A third worker was working the courier orders and nothing else (they just seemed to stand and stare at the screen waiting for another order to appear). The drive through worker had a 30 second lull between orders and quickly through together the order for the patron before me and gave it to the courier automaton who just put it on the counter and walked away. Someone that appears to be a manager (no hat and different clothes) saunters behind the counter and walks around looking at things. The patron there before had been given his food but no drink cups patiently waited to be acknowledged at the counter. The manager just smiled and walked away. Drive through came back and actually listened, gave him his cups and apologized. Finally my order was ready. It was prepped by "manager". Fries were hot for the most part, but my sandwich had obviously been sitting for a bit because it was cold. Not a fan of the Chicken Big Mac, maybe because it was cold, maybe because it was sloppily made, maybe because tasted a little like filet o fish. As I stated before in my previous review service is slow, so wasn't expecting the freshest meal, but once again it will probably be another couple of months before I venture here again to get my "quick"...
