Went in tonight 03/21/19 @ 6:20pm, all of the automated machines were down, not a big deal I had a mobile coupon to scan.
Went to the front cash to make my order letting the cashier know I had a mobile coupon to scan. So the cashier points the scanner to me I scan it and she tells me my total, which was the incorrect amount, I let the cashier know that what she is charging me is to low and it may have been a mistake somewhere. She then proceeded to tell me that “automatic scanner, only works if I tell them what it’s for first...” which is a lie as I have used the scanner dozens of times every day before work.
So after that’s sorted out I let them know that my order was to go. Wife and kid waiting in the car. The second employee brings me a tray full of food in which I let them know that the order was supposed to be bagged to go. The cashier then rolls her eyes at me a scoffs, aggressively take the try back, starts bagging the food in an aggressive manner and then when she hands it to me I politely tell her to “have a nice day.” Which was met with a “whatever..” and another eye roll.
Asked for a manager or supervisor and was told “there wasn’t one available.”
I’m not going to wait as I have people waiting on me.
This is pretty unacceptable and this location needs to train some of the younger staff a few manners. Usually have a great experience and quick service today was not what I’ve experienced...

The store lost the receipt for our order after we paid, then accused us of paying for a less expensive order. After arguing and verifying the credit card number did not match ours, she said our payment did not go through at all, when it clearly did.
She proceeded to shout through the drive through window that we were trying to get our meal without payment. She ignored anything we had to say suggesting that our payment did go through. She refused to give us our food or a refund.
As soon as we got out of the line we confirmed with our credit card company that the payment was received, as we tried to convey to her.
I understand it's stressful these days, no excuse to shout at customers, accuse an honest customer of trying to rip off the store when they did absolutely nothing wrong.
After attempting to resolve the issue in store, she refused to speak to us, never apologized for what was clearly her error.
Eventually we were refunded, took a half hour of our time in all. It was embarrassing and frustrating to be accused basically of trying to steal. The experience was just terrible. One employee actually said that they did not accuse us of stealing just trying to get a meal without paying.. Isn't that the same thing?!
Hopefully the employees get the training they need to deal with this situation...

Then that guy was awesome I appreciate such a nice crew there . I said that guy u r goona succeed in your life because you deserve that and never get distracted by anyone then u will gonna succeed. That was my first time in that McDonald’s on Bayfield Street and I really appreciate that crew member who worked hard for us … I m goona meet that guy again if I get chance to go that place.
