I recently visited your location for a pickup order, and I was very disappointed with the service I received. There was one girl working with her hair styled in loose flicks, and I was concerned if that’s allowed during work, considering hygiene and safety standards. Additionally, her attitude was far from professional, and it negatively impacted my experience.
The staff was also playing Punjabi music loudly, which, while not an issue in itself, appeared to distract them from attending to the tasks at hand. The overall service was poor, and it felt like the employees were not focused on their duties.
To make matters worse, I noticed the staff was wearing jewelry, which raises concerns about hygiene and whether it’s appropriate for them to be working in that condition.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements in both staff behavior and hygiene standards. Read moreI was at this location Friday June 28 2024 at 13:30. There was 3 of us standing in line to order. We waited for so long that the last gentleman in line turned around shaking his head and left. The gentleman behind me even tried to call out to an employee who walked right past us not even glancing in our direction. A few minutes after that I was called to order. I asked for a turkey bacon club toasted on whole wheat and cut in half. I was informed by the cashier that it came on an artisan bun not whole wheat. I received my sandwich…..not cut and barely toasted. I took my sandwich back to the counter and asked for it to please be cut like I requested. The cashier gave it to the girl that was making the sandwiches. I’m thinking a little more training in manners might go a long way in this location. There was not only a lineup, but there was people sitting around that are supposed to be working and getting through the day working on making customers happy every time I come here. I have a problem with either the food or the coffee being burnt. I am not happy with this Tim hortons on Bayfield It is unacceptable for the way that they work and the management is poorly done for the team work that is going on there.
