I often go to this location on my way to work. In the past they’ve made my order wrong about 1 or 2 times..they apologized and corrected it. These times I also offered to give back my incorrectly made food item but they said they can’t take it back coz of hygiene reasons. So a few days ago, while ordering my food I asked for a farmer’s egg wrap with extra chipotle and the girl taking the order entered in “no chipotle” and it showed up on the screen so I told her it’s extra chipotle not “no chipotle” she corrected it and we had a laugh and I told her no worries. I pay for my food and leave only to have to turn around again because there’s no chipotle in my wrap..it’s dry. I go back and at the order taking monitor I very kindly tell them they didn’t add chipotle to my wrap (spoke to the same girl) and another woman interrupts the mic and asks in a mono tone voice “so you want extra chipotle? “ I told her yes please and all I got was a rude “Okay”. I get to the window, I have my incorrectly made wrap to show and I’m not sure they’re going to take it or not but I have it out and a tall woman (of colour..mentioning this just so she could be identified) surprisingly takes my old wrap back and hands me the new one without saying a word..just silence. There was no “sorry we made your order wrong” or “have a great day”..NOTHING! I assume she was a supervisor or manager not sure but such rude behaviour! Would've given 0 stars had there been an option...... Customer service really isn't on their radar here. Went in and stood in line, only me, the two people I was with wondered off to the washrooms, they took quite a while before they came back and I was still standing there waiting. We all stood there a good 5 minutes longer, waiting to be acknowledged - nope! Lot's of people behind the counter strolling around one even caught my eye on 4 occasions, still no response. In the end I had to shout down to the drive through area and ask if anyone was actually serving at the counter, now that got everyone's attention, including everyone in the store. Well a young person came out of the back and said he was finishing his break????? and..... I said do you know what customers service is? All it needed was one - just one of the staff to acknowledge me and say there will be someone with you shortly. Now how hard can that be? So the aforementioned person brought out my order and proceeded to give it to two men who were awaiting their order (who had been waiting all the time I was there) they look confused as to what it was and in the end I said let me look and see, and it was my order - For crying out loud how hard can it be. Used to be my favourite Tims but recently it seems to have gone to the dogs. Time to look...

He is an incredibly hardworking and dedicated individual who truly takes pride in his work. The quality of the baked goods speaks volumes about his attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
From the moment I walked in, I could tell that Nand and the team work tirelessly to ensure that every customer has a positive experience. The pastries were fresh, perfectly baked, and absolutely delicious. It’s not often that you find someone who is so passionate about their craft, and it shows in every product he creates.
I also want to commend Nand for his friendly and professional demeanor. Despite how busy the store was, he remained focused and efficient, ensuring that everything was prepared to perfection. It’s employees like him who make Tim Hortons a favorite spot for so many people.
I highly recommend this Tim Hortons location, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Nand, for your hard work and for making my visit...
