Very bad customer service, we were two of us and were asked to vacate the table because they were for a bigger group. Despite other tables being empty. The owner has too much attitude. to even care that we left due to this. Not a place i would recommend or go again. I feel customer service and attitude are an important part of eating out and such bad attitude by owner and team just ruins the purpose of going to a restaurant.

And adding - checking past reviews -everyone who gives them a bad review, the owner just easily calls them rude or says something bad about them, just not willing to improve his own service or attitude..!

Update: We exhibited no rudeness whatsoever. Our demeanor remained composed; there were no raised voices, no use of harsh language, nor any discernible agitation. What I said to my spouse was, and I am quoting, "Let's go somewhere else," before calmly exiting your establishment. What exactly did we say that you construed as rude? Additionally, we informed you that we were open to sharing the table with whosoever comes next. Moreover, for there to be any "jumping the line," there must be individuals preceding us in said line. Upon our arrival at the restaurant, no such queue existed. This behavior is disconcerting. It is expected, at the very least, that you refrain from spreading falsehoods and maintain a sense of courtesy. This is exactly what was lacking in your service, regardless of the quality...

I recently dined at Chole Bature CA with three friends, and while the food was delicious, the experience was somewhat marred by their seating policy. Upon arrival, we were informed that we could only be seated at a table meant for four, and each person at the table needed to order a meal. Even though two of us were willing to share, the staff insisted that everyone must have their own dish.

This policy felt quite rigid, especially considering I had traveled 20 kilometers to enjoy their renowned chole bature. It seemed more about maximizing table occupancy than accommodating guests’ needs or preferences. The food itself lived up to expectations—rich, flavorful, and satisfying—but the experience was less enjoyable due to the inflexible seating rules.

For anyone planning to visit, I recommend going as a group of four to avoid any issues with seating. While I appreciate that restaurants have their policies, it’s important to balance that with the feelings of customers. Ram ladoo and bhatura doesn’t taste like Delhi style at all. Ram ladoo extremely dry. Do not give it a try total waste of money. Bhature pretty small in size as compared to any restaurant. Only thing tasted good was the chole but it tasted more like matar that you get with kulcha in Delhi. When did I say that bhatura is not good enough for 1 person I said they are small in size and yes not at all like Delhi I must say that again. They were matar and not chole. What you think doesn’t matter I just posted my review on how chole tasted and not on your thinking. You can think whatever you want. Stop fooling around people and check what you serve. Pathetic taste of Ram ladoo must also say it again extremely dry. Not even close to Ram ladoo they were. Why would I come and waste money at your place once again and try something else?????
