Order # 236872 @6.44 pm was a horrible experience for me. Cashier discriminated me . I ordered a banana loaf and told her that I’ll dine in she gave me in a paper bag. I went to nearby table. When she came for some reason close to my table. I said that I’m eating here as I told so can I get plate and fork but she gave just a fork only and left. Then later when she again came closer to that counter attached table where I was then I asked her about plate for loaf, I was putting it on napkin. She put plate far away like fork . When I was ordering banana loaf then that time I also asked about latte that sugar is optional or compulsory in that drink and she responded in an unpleasant tone and rude attitude. Banana loaf she gave me was very dry and “not” like my past experiences of this loaf with a fluffy texture. I come again and again for your banana loaf but this was made few days ago for sure or she made it extra hot somehow as it was very dry so I threw it in dustbin after eating one third of it. I am disappointed in every way especially with her bad attitude. I said to her that I feel that you are daughter of owner or if I’m a white man than you treat me with due respect of a customer. I’m a long time customer with second cup and never experienced such poor customer service. Even if she did not like me for some reasons then still she has no right to ruin my evening. I asked her the receipt right away and again and again but she was deliberately delaying it because I told her that I want to complaint. She brought another ex employee on the other side of counter to get her as witness and lied to her that I’m asking receipt after few minutes but I asked receipt soon I sat on table and when I asked her if she can provide me a spoon and plate and Recipt. She gave me that step by step by making me ask for every thing like she is giving me favour. Otherwise she was not polite enough as her job requirement. she made that loaf extra hot in microwave. I did not ask her name as she got no badge and she was so rude so I did not ask her name at that time but after an hour I went with Mall security officer Mr. Ranu to get her name and she told “Arjot “ as first and last name “ Arjot” as well to security officer Mr. Ranu which was strange. The order was incorrect for the eggnog latte, filled 3/4 the cup of just black coffee and refused to listen to feedback about disgusting tasting bitter coffee she sent with the uber eats order. Then she told me to call uber for a refund, which uber refused to give us. So basically they will give you plain black coffee, and charge you for a latte because they have no accountability. Was also out of scones and clearly out of a clue on how to make a basic drink.
