I wish I could give zero stars for this place. Ordered the special $1.65 burger thru the app today show up 10 minutes passed the ready time so they more then enough to prepare it. When I get to the window they said there is no order under my name. Even though showed them the confirmation again and again. I had to wait 10 minutes for them to finally looked at my phone to see what I ordered and then make it. I felt treated like criminal confirm this show, us that, which I was already showing the lady I begged her can I have my food I already paid for it I get you don't have the order but make it and give me my food I have a 30 minute break water 10 minutes of it with a staff who didn't apologize when they gave me the food. Worst service I've ever seen in my life. What's the point of the app if I show up and you need me to prove with 10 different things. I am a customer not a criminal I paid for the food that I'm there to collect.
Also a word of advice to the 2 indian ladies if you see you don't have a order and someone is saying here is my confirmation can I please have my food give the person there food figure it out on your end after.
And also a note to the manager if after you confirm the person had ordered and you didn't receive at the very least apologize that you made them wait in the drive thru for 10mins while it's raining outside. Now I gotta sit at work with one wet leg and dry off the interior of my car.
Never coming back to this place rather drive the 5 kms to trinity...

I drove to the location to pick up my order (I confirmed that I sent the order to the correct address). I arrived 7 minutes after the order would be ready. Staff said they did not receive the order and they could not fulfil the order as it was not on their monitors. I asked to speak to the manager and showed both my order to them on the app and email receipt. They said they could not give me my food - that I had already paid for. In fact the manager (Vivian) did not even bother to speak to me, just relayed the message to contact Harvey's. Not only did I not receive my food, but now will be late to work hungry. I called Harvey's customer service for a refund and they were easily able to locate the order in their system.
