Due to lac of food knowledge in people of Canada and US they are being robed by these kind of restaurants They only fouced in getting money out of customers pocket.I ask for a doner kebab I was served a box full of salad with pinch of (shredded chicken) over it. 1.I have order a (Doner) "swarama" Which meant to be cooked on doner machine not on flat Saj and has to be in finger sized slices or little less not Shredded and well cooked. I'm paying for doner not for salad you guys better be careful with that.If I wana eat salad why would I came to you there is many well known franchises who served just a salad or i can have it at my home. So be very careful what you serving and to whom . 3.Before starting any kind of restaurants make sure you got proper knowledge of food which you serving in your shop.Atleast you should know how can they make it in that region where it belongs too and with which kind of tools so you can match it with real thing if not compleatly but at least 90% if you can do that then interduce it in your menu and most important the presentation how food should look alike when its cooked. For refrence attaching some pics how they look and served at dine in and take away. Plz feel free to contact me if you want more queries or questions.

I asked the guy if we had to bring the wraps back to the store as they were cut up because we were trying to find out if there was as much spice as it seemed when we tried to eat it .

I showed up to the counter and told the staff what had happened and my phone call with the gentleman who answered the phone , they quickly agreed to make the order, awesome so far.
At this point the lady working the front counter immediately questioned me as toi why I didn’t bring the food , I explained the guy told me not to. The salad is tiny, there were three sliced potatoes and the meat and rice was nothing special.
Considering, the restaurant was full of customers, I was anticipating that the food be really fresh. Keeping in mind the meal cost $14, I expected more.
The employees were polite and professional but the quality of the food is left behind their...
