I took my 2 young children to this location. Doors are locked. Another lovely gentleman was kind enough to knock on the door, to get her attention to unlock the door. She continues her work and doesn't take his order or my kids order until I speak up and ask for help. After the gentleman left, she asked me is it OK if I do the 2 skip the dishes orders, before yours. I said no thank you, we have ppl waiting down the plaza for my bday. She continues to be rude to my 11yr old son, making him rush when he is trying to tell her what he wants on his sandwich but she consistently cuts him off mid sentence. Whether itâs the missing items in the sub, a long and extended wait time or a perfect meal, the inconsistency leaves you in a dilemma of whether you should gamble on this location.    Read moreMy family and I have been regular customers for many many years. Not happy with the change over with the new workers. This one today doesnât seem to know about hygiene. Today I went into purchase a couple of subs and asked for something specific to be put inside the cups. The cups dropped on the floor. The girl behind the counter proceeded to pick up the containers on the floor and with her gloves. When she was approaching to making the subs, I let her know that she needs to change them. My point is âŚ. she shouldâve done that ordinarily without me saying anything, thatâs why I gave it a two stars today but normally I give it a five.
