Ordered 3 coffees and 3 hashbrowns just now, we were asked to pull to the side to wait for ONE hashbrown, the 2 hashbrowns were lukewarm at best (not fresh at all), as I was going inside a black rep who had delivered the 2 hashbrowns had the most attitude asking why am I bringing back the hashbrowns, I mentioned they are not fresh and we’d like 3 FRESH hashbrowns - no apology, no acknowledgment I gave her back the 2 hash browns and she looked at me in annoyance and went to the back to whisper to the other representatives, 1 who I can assume was maybe a manager.. at this point not ONE representative communicated to me while I was in there.. as I was waiting for the other 2 hasbrowns after waiting inside for a few minutes the rep walked right past me to bring out the other hashbrowns - still no acknowledgment from none of the employees! It wasn’t until MINUTES after she asked me if I needed something I told her I was waiting for the hashbrowns in which she then replied “I brought them out already” I then said “so why is no one communicating with me?” “I have been standing here for so long” no one can answer! ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! ZERO STARS! The 2 coffees did not have sweetener either and all 3 of those ladies in the cashier/ kitchen area look as though they hate their jobs! I didn’t even receive a greeting! If that is the case - find a different establishment to work for!
On another note - Anna at the first window her customer service was amazing! People like her should be in management there! I’ll be damned if I come to this establishment again!

Read moreI called this location 3x to get through and speak with someone who told me that I can come in to dine inside until close to 12:00 a.m. and I said if I show up at like 11:40 p.m. will that be fine, to which they said yes. Then we showed up at the location at 11:35pm and the manager Inder, or at least that's the name he provided, said that they cannot take us and that whoever said that is gone now. He repeatedly said why don't you just eat in your car. I brought my family with me from a further area just to dine in this McDonald's. The whole point of calling ahead of time is to make sure that we could drive from a distance of greater than 20 km away and yet they couldn't remain accountable.

Wowww! Didn't know what I was getting in to, lol. 1 chicken nugget happy meal for my son took nearly 20 mins!!!! And I only ordered the food because my son wanted to play in the play place. When observing the kitchen staff, it looked like a bunch of kids in high school bickering with each other, worrying about their nails, scratching their neck/hair/arms, moving food items between bags (as they initialy put the wrong food in the wrong bags) etc.
Another story is how absentminded many of the parents are nowadays!! I am convinced that most parents do not establish boundaries with their kids (other than telling their kids not to bother them) and do not instill compassion or sharing.
...Parents spilling their kids food on to the dirty tables and then feeding them from there.... not ensuring they keep their socks on... etc.
Ps. The ceiling fan in the play place is very wobbly and may be a hazard.

We ordered Vanilla ice Cream in a cone. The girl (people of colour) with golden dyed hair and very long nails was delivering our order on 18 February 2024 (at 07 pm). When I asked her why is she not wearing her gloves or not using napkins to hold the ice cream cone, she behaved inappropriately and rudely asking me if I want a different cone. When I said yes please, she smashed the window slider on our face after taking the first cone back from me. Despite telling her that she should wear her gloves, she did not use gloves even for the second time nor did she use napkin to handle the ice cream cone. She gave the cone to us saying “take it” in a rude way. We did not like this attitude and negligent behaviour of the staff delivering at the drive thru as this could be a potential harm for the public ordering at this Mc Donalds outlet. Staff with such rude attitude and irresponsible behaviour should be penalized for putting people’s health at risk, even after customer requesting for the same. This is inappropriate. I did not want to argue with this girl again because there were people honking behind us. So I just threw the second ice cream cone as well in the garbage. The staff, if at all is being trained on how to deliver orders, should also be trained to follow all precautionary measures to avoid handling food directly with their hands. Too bad,...
