Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brampton

So I was craving good quality pizza so why not pay more for a good quality pizza instead of getting cheaper pizzA from a pizza pizza, right? I had pizza hut before therefore I came to this location first time. The place was dead. Still I waited for one large pizza for an hour. After I ordered, they tell me they don't serve lrg multigrain or whole wheat. Why did you tell me to choose the dough then. Only choice they gave me was thin crust or stuffed crust. I said stuffed. 15 min later, we need to charge for stuff crust. Okay we agreed Hour later pizza looks thinner than cheap.pizza. Had barely any cheese, didn't even see sauce. Barely any toppings. When we asked for spicy, they said had no jalapeno. Never came to check if we needed anything until it was time to leave. No one to give us the bill. I had to wait infront of the kitchen to see if someone would come out. Finally when someone entered the front door an east Indian lady came out, and when I offered to pay (which they don't deserve) ,her tone of voice seemed like she was irritated. Never fulfilled my pizza craving , paid $27 for one pizza, that tasted terrible, no sauce, no cheese, no flavor, no service, Never coming back here (no wonder there parking lot is mostly empty) every time...

We recently ordered a supreme pizza from Pizza Hut and was utterly disappointed with both the quality of the pizza and the customer service we received. To start with, our pizza was missing a crucial ingredient - pepperoni. After calling the store to address this issue, I was met with sheer incompetence. The person on the other end of the line not only hung up on me not once, not twice, but a total of four times! When I finally managed to communicate the problem, the staff (Rina) had the audacity to insist that there was pepperoni on the pizza, despite my clear observation to the contrary. The lack of accountability and refusal to acknowledge their mistake was truly appalling. As for the pizza itself, it was a sad excuse for a "supreme" pizza. The toppings were sparse, but had way too much onions... the overall taste was underwhelming. It's evident that quality is not a priority at this Pizza Hut location. In addition to the subpar pizza, the abysmal customer service further tainted our experience. I expected a level of professionalism and courtesy that was sorely lacking. I ordered online for the triple treat box Pepperoni duo pizza Veggie pizza Traditional wings Breadsticks Cookies The pepperoni pizza was burnt, traditional wings was not fully cooked and the coolie was burnt. When I called the store and told them the problem the girl put me hold for 5 mins, came back and was like I asked everyone here and everything is cooked properly. Which makes no sense. How are they going to remember every single item they cooked, then she said you picked it up right after it came out of the oven, I'm like exactly so shouldn't it have been fresh. They kept arguing that they didn't do anything wrong. When I spoke to shift manager Kamaya, she again put me on hold and then hung up on me twice. They are unprofessional and does not take accountability for their mistakes and defends themselves saying they did not do anything wrong. the meal was $46 dollars and wanted to give me just one medium two topping pizza for free which doesn't account for the waste of money. The store manager never called me back just an unprofessional location with no customer service...
