I am a regular customer of this subway location. I work in the plaza and I frequently come to purchase an order of 8 meatballs, without the bread. I am not able to eat the bread due to my dietary restrictions. I have never had a problem with this until today.
Shuhbpreet refused to serve me my order. The subway was completely empty and she told me first that they are unable to serve me meatballs. When I told her I would be asking management about this, she then changed her story and said her manager sent a text in the groupchat today and said they were no longer able to sell meatballs on their own to customers. It honestly was very sketchy and it sounded dishonest.
Instead of offering me something else, or any kind of solution, they denied to serve me. I am disgusted and appalled by this. Subway please do better and hire...

In this time of uncertainty, I went with the kids to get 3 subs, ordered my subs (I was always under the impression all subways go first come first serv basis). I was told to move aside so the 2 customers that came behind me could be served first, when I asked why they told me they had to put veggies for the other customers too. I'm a pretty patience person, but follow your policy and serv customers as they wait in queue. Hopefully improvements happen in future, we've been going to this Subway for years and honestly don't think I'll go back. Btw this was the 3rd time in the last month the same issue happened with me....

While I was picking up, the employee said that she didn't have macadamia and hence put the chocolate chip in the bag instead. I asked I don't like chocolate chip, instead can I get chips? But the employee refused to give me chips. As part of meal I'm eligible to choose between chips and cookies, however your valued employee didn't give me that chance. She could have called me prior to my pickup and said that she don't have macadamia, even she didn't do that.
