Horrid experience!!! Lies Lies Lies! This place is a UPS access point. I received a call around noon from them saying they can not deliver my packages as they are too big and I must pick them up today or they would send them back. I asked whom I was talking to and he would not say his name. I asked what company he was working for several times before he answered that he was a UPS access point, and gave his address. I told him I was unable to pick them up today. He got frustrated and said fine! we will hold them til tomorrow. I called the shipper of the items and inquired why the items we delivered cannot be delivered to our home. The seller then called the UPS access point and inquired as they are not too big, the seller informed us that we apparently were not home. I work from home! Eventually after more excuses they conceded they would deliver the items tomorrow. UNBELIEVABLE!!! We waited all day and ended up not receiving our delivery. The website tracker said they stopped off and we were not available. My building has CCTV footage they never stopped off let alone came up to the building. I have been by the window almost all day vexed about this service WAITING! no sticker was even left. The point is they didn't even approach the door and definitely didn't buzz in. The lady behaves in a very pathetic way. She literally behaves as if her convenience store is in any developing country. She should take this as a reminder that this is Canada. She sells 3 pieces of chocolate for $1. I took 3 pieces out from the chocolate box and gave her $1. She was like can you show me? I felt so aggressive that dear lady, this country runs on trust and compassion. Additionally, I actually counted it in front of her when I took it out from the box. I mean is she behaving this cheap? The next day, I went in the store and was using a microwave to pop my popcorn,🍿 she was like hey you cannot use the microwave and this and that something in her language. Then I asked politely that I cannot understand what are you trying to say? She was like it’s okay you can use it for today. Please keep your attitude friendly and loving. Really nice convenience store that helped us a ton during the first part of the COVID19 shutdown. We were able to find everything we needed here (yes, even an ample supply of toilet paper). The owners are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful people.
