I am so disappointed to be writing this review. On Friday evening, we ordered two pizzas and the cheesy garlic bread from Pizza Garden via Door Dash. The pizza arrived completely destroyed as if it were held upside down, it was in poor quality with barely any cheese (when we paid for extra cheese) and it was missing 4 additional dips that we paid for. We contacted Door Dash to report how poorly it was delivered. They were so apologetic and professional and promptly partially refunded our order and gave us a voucher for future use. We also phoned Pizza Garden to report the missing cheese, dip and poorly made pizza and to also let them know how it was delivered by Door Dash as we thought they should know as it reflects poorly on their product and business. The woman who I we spoke with was so incredibly rude and ignorant. She just kept saying it was Door Dash's fault to which we understood that of course the condition of the pizza's delivery was on Door Dash. But we were phoning to let them know out of courtesy and that also we were missing items and there was next to no cheese on the pizza (in which we paid for extra cheese). She again RUDELY said it was not their fault, it was Door Dash's. We again tried to explain we knew that but were calling to discuss the other issues. She abruptly told us to just never order from them again and hung up the phone. It is also important to note that I had ordered from them the week before (yes, that's how much I order and support them) and we were also missing items and the pizza arrived in poor condition. We didn't complain because mistakes happen... This is so disappointing. I have lived in New West for a long time and I have always ordered from them. I have turned all of my friends on to Pizza Garden and I work (and worked in the past) for very popular New West businesses and always recommended them. I sadly can't keep spending the higher price on pizza (which I didn't mind because of the quality) if the product isn't correct and in turn this is how I am treated. I normally don't like to leave negative reviews that will affect a local business, but I thought the owner should know how such a loyal customer was treated. Sadly, unless this is properly dealt with I will no longer order for them or recommend them. Please see photos for how our pizzas arrived.

UPDATE: July2020 They are OPEN! but it's now expensive. Lots of people are turning away from the place because it is not the same place anymore where you can just get REAAAAAL GOOD and cheap pizza that fills you up with just 2 slices! Not interested that they have grown too big now. They took away also the deals and buying the boxes of pizza deals. They look fancy but it's not the same at all anymore. I wish they just opened a branch and just stayed they way they were. owell. They recently moved to the location near Tim Hortons. Awesome location but a bit of an inconvenience because people get rained on a lot. Besides the logistics, they now serve BEER and other food. Lots of options now to choose from too! Like salad and such. They have a very very big area now for parties and such. I will try to reserve for one of my events. I hope there's no extra charge. Their pizzas are still better than most places I have been to. A bit expensive but theirs have more flavour (this includes the metro one). Can't really compare them to any other place. It does seem that they want to be like Boston pizza. But that means that their pizza quality might go bad. Hopefully that won't happen.

March 7th update: Went back to the store on seeing the managements reply here on setting the record straight by giving me a free pizza so I went back and i got treated well, the employee apologized and gave me a yummyyyy ruchetta pizza too. So impressed with their gesture😊 Feb 28th : Horrible experience at pizza garden and will never eat here again. We just bought an XL pizza and the crust was completely burnt. Every slice tasted like char. It was a take out order.we live only 100 metres away from the store but couldn't think of walking back to the store when we were so hungry. Also, the XL pizza is not even close to feeling full after eating 4 slices each .Had no chicken on it either. Save yourself from this misery. Update: I went to the store the same night one hour later and asked the employee why he packed a burnt pizza as take away order and he replied 'it happens sometimes' with a very unapologetic face 😒.

My family and I frequently order Pizza from Pizza Garden. We fell in love with their Napolitan Style pizza crust. They offer a good selection of pizza flavors. We have tried several different ones and have been pretty satisfied with our choices. Although the crust is thin, the slices are big enough to satisfy a good appetite. They are not your typical 2x1 pizza prices. In fact, they are on the pricey side if we compare their pizzas to other pizza shops/chains. Lately, we have been noticing some issues though. Sometimes, the crust is to thin and soft that it is hard to hold to eat. Other times, the pizza crust is burned around the edges. Sometimes a little, sometimes a lot. Once, the pizza was under cooked in the center. Often, the delivery time is between 40 minutes to an hour. Today, it took an hour and a half for them to deliver the pizzas and to make matters worse, the pizzas were cold. We phoned to ask what had happened with our order. They just told us that our pizzas were on their way, again, an hour and a half later. I understand things happen sometimes or that they are busy, but it is getting to often to have issues with our order. The first couple of times we ran into problems, I phoned to let them know. They were polite and apologized. Once, they offered a discount on our next order which they honored when the time came. Perhaps they need more employees or more drivers? Perhaps they get too busy and that complicates everything. I don't know. I hope things will improve. My family and I really like their pizzas and would be a shame to look for a replacement. Thanks...

I ordered a X-large veggie pizza to go and asked the person on the phone to leave a quarter of the pizza without cheese cause my kids are allergic to dairy. The staff(Sam) told me it's not gonna be exactly a quarter because cheese melt. I totally understand because I worked at a pizza joint myself before. I said as long as there are some slices that's without cheese then I'm totally fine, it doesn't have to be exactly a quarter of the pizza.

When my hubby picked up the pizza and brought it home, the whole pizza has cheese on top! I called them immediately. The staff (Sam) told me they didn't make any mistake. He told the person who made the pizza to leave a quarter without cheese and he did. I asked him then how come my whole pizza has cheese!? He said as he mentioned on the phone, he can't promised it's a quarter without cheese?! Are you kidding me? I told him, if today I received a pizza with 20%, 15% or even 10% without cheese then I wouldn't make this phone call. But I called because a received a pizza with 100% cheese on the whole pizza! how can you said you didn't make any mistake!!!? He then said then probably I don' know what cheese looks like on the pizza!? Ridiculous! I request to speak to a manager to have this issue resolved immediately. He said there's nothing he can do and he's the person in charge for the time I called. Then he disconnected the phone!

Unbelievable!!!!! I would never ordered a pizza from them again. They ruined my dinner and my kids was left without...
