Absolutely unacceptable. After eating food from your restaurant, both I and my child ended up violently ill — vomiting, fever, diarrhea, and total exhaustion. Symptoms started within hours. This is a clear case of food poisoning. I’ve never experienced such severe consequences from a restaurant meal. I’m deeply concerned about the hygiene, food safety, and quality control in your kitchen. The impact on our health was serious. You owe your customers better. I urge you to investigate immediately before someone ends up in the hospital — or worse. Update after owner’s reply: It’s unfortunate that instead of acknowledging a serious health issue caused by your food, your response focuses on defending your reputation and implying the incident may not be real. If you truly “care deeply about your customers,” perhaps start by showing concern for the ones who suffered after eating your food — instead of dismissing their experience as “false or misleading.” Both I and my child experienced clear symptoms of food poisoning within hours of eating your meal. That’s not a review tactic — that’s a medical reality. I did not write this to “unfairly harm” your business. I wrote it because two people got seriously sick. If that doesn’t deserve an investigation, then maybe your priorities aren’t what you claim them to be. P.S. For transparency, I’ve attached a screenshot of my actual order — so there’s no doubt this review comes from a real customer who genuinely suffered after eating your food.

Hands down and consistently equivalent to travelling to Turkey without leaving home, this restaurant really never disappoints. Starting with just walking in, one is immediately welcomed by the staff, which along with appearing very professional, appear to be authentic. One is also graced with seeing the wood fire oven in use, with which all of the delicious food is made. The service is prompt, the food tastes fresh and is made directly in front of the guests. May I recommend for a starter, to try the fresh baked Lavash (in your choice of white or whole wheat) with fresh hummus or Tzatziki as you will be sold on this Eastern European cuisine. While there, one must also try their Turkish coffee, preferably with dessert as the bitterness of the coffee pairs well with the sweetness of the desserts. The coffee is strong but authentic and won’t burn a hole through your stomach as it is quality coffee. One caution I will give is not to go for that last sip as you will be greeted with the finely ground coffee grounds. Just a pro tip from having done it a few times :) The prices appears high but the dishes are meant to be shared so when though of it that way, it makes sense and is not excessive. The restaurant is clean and COVID friendly. The ambiance, music and decor lets one imagine they are actually in Turkey. Really I have no complaints and will return every chance I get.

The first visit we just came in to try some light snacks. We tried their turkish coffee- the cup was cute but when drinking it to the the very end you can taste the ground bits of coffee which gives it an unpleasant texture and taste (bitter), We had their lavash, by far it was the best one we’ve ever tried… super fresh, warm, toasty and just melts in your mouth also their dip was well balanced with the lavash. The chicken wrap was really mediocre, chicken was dry and was hoping for more components in the wrap, it lacked depth and flavor. 2 weeks later we came in to really try their main dishes & saddened to say that it was just lacking a lot of love. It was small for the big plate and it does not look like the picture displayed outside. Also the meats were dry, not flavorful, and lacked salt. Rice was a bit sticky and salad was super simple. Although their people were nice and welcoming. Ill come back here only for the lavash & yogurt dip.Other than that their main dishes are not worth the price. We paid roughly $50 for everything. (P.s.- picture shown is my side of the dish that i ordered. They all looked the same)

I used to go here all the time when I lived in the area 10 years ago. I went back a few days ago to relive a memory and was EXTREMELY disappointed. The young men that used to work there 10 years ago are no longer there. It's full of slightly older men who are NOT friendly and have ZERO customer service skills.

I walked in, one man looked very grumpy and didn't even acknowledge me. I asked if I should just sit down and he just shook his head. After waiting more than 10 minutes for a menu and water, it took 20 minutes for someone to come back and take my order. The restaurant only had 2 other tables to serve so it was not busy and both of them left by the time I received my menu.

Once the food came, I took about 4 bites and immediately felt sick. I had the WORST stomach ache. Not only have the portion sizes decreased, but the prices have gone up (which I know is to be expected) the salads were not fresh, the yogurt had a weird smell and I couldn't get over how rude the staff is. No one asked if I was ok or if I needed anything. They were all just in their own world and completely ignoring me.

After waiting another 15 minutes, I asked for take away containers and was only given 2 when I needed 5. I had to ask twice for more. I was fed up at this point and just packed what I could, paid and left.

This place is a disappointment now. I miss the old workers/management and the staff are all rude, grouchy looking men. It would be nice to have some female staff members to make it more balanced and welcoming. I got the closure I needed and definitely WON'T be...
