A Sweet Indulgence at Manzano Europa Bakery Inc.
I recently discovered Manzano Europa Bakery Inc., and their desserts have quickly become my go-to treats. I especially adore their tiramisu and chocolate cake, which I regularly purchase to share with friends.
The tiramisu is an absolute delight—a symphony of flavors where delicate ladyfingers, soaked in robust espresso, are layered with a luxuriously smooth mascarpone cream. Each bite bursts with a rich, bittersweet cocoa dusting that lingers on the palate, evoking an irresistible balance of creamy and bold coffee notes.
Equally captivating is the chocolate cake. It features a deep, intense cocoa flavor with a moist, tender crumb that melts in your mouth. The cake’s decadence is highlighted by a subtle, bittersweet finish that leaves you yearning for another slice—a true treat for any chocolate lover.
Enhancing the experience is the warm and knowledgeable staff. As an undecided male customer, I found their friendly recommendations incredibly helpful. Drawing on insights typically shared by female clients, the staff provided personalized suggestions that made choosing the perfect dessert effortless.
Manzano Europa Bakery Inc. is truly a haven for dessert enthusiasts. Whether you’re in the mood for an exquisitely balanced tiramisu or a decadently rich chocolate cake, I highly recommend stopping by to savor these...
Read moreMy review is based on the service, not the food as I didn't even have an opportunity to eat anything. I went there yesterday (Saturday) morning. There were 3 counter staff, 2 were helping customers and the 3rd helped me right away. There was someone ahead of me being rung in, so the staff member who helped me set my muffin down. When the customer at the cash register finished, another staff member stepped in and started ringing up the order of her customers with a large order. She didn't acknowledge me standing there or make eye contact. Just let her customers cut in front. She told the staff member who had been helping me to go make their coffees. So I waited. Once they paid, that cashier then called out "Next!" and moved away from the register! I said, "Aren't you going to ring in my muffin?" And she gave me a dirty look, then turned to tell the staff member who'd bagged the muffin (and was still making coffees for the last order). I got irritated and said "If it's such a big deal, forget it." and I walked out. Seriously terrible customer service. There wasn't a huge line up behind me and I was paying cash for 1 item. It would have taken 20 seconds to help me....
Read moreWell, someone should show these girls how to make an Americano. The seating is outside the bakery in the metro town mall about 4 small tables. We sat there to eat our little scone and drink our coffee. The first sip tasted like dishwater. My wife use to be a barista for Starbucks and a few other coffee shops so she would make great coffee. This was too weak. So I went back inside the bakery and told the 2 lady's working there that the coffee is too weak. So one of the girls said oh would you like another shot? I said well how many shots did you put in this cup to start with? She said one. One I said for this size cup you need at least 2 shots. So she put one more shot in each cup and it was much better, not the best coffee I've ever had the best coffee is at calabria Cafe on 2nd and commercial in vancouver. The scones were ok I've had better. So I can't really recommend the coffee maybe the scone and some of the...
