I placed an order from this store on June 28th at 10:00 AM, and unfortunately, I received only the drinks—none of the food was delivered. When I contacted the delivery driver, he told me he was only handed one bag and advised me to call the store directly.

I called the store, and the person who answered was extremely unprofessional. His communication was very difficult to understand due to a strong accent, and rather than helping, he immediately denied any issue and told me to “come to the store and check myself.” He offered no solution and told me to call the driver again. His tone was rude, dismissive, and lacking in any sense of responsibility. He eventually hung up the phone without any attempt to resolve the situation.

I later checked and saw that Employee D4 was the one who packed the order. It’s very concerning that such mistakes are happening and the staff is neither trained nor prepared to address them appropriately. The interaction I had felt completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a business operating in a customer-facing environment. Extremely unhappy with my experience here. On February 10 2025 I came through the drive through ordering some food and my phone was having issues paying. I tried once, it wasn't going through and he said "no enmax". Even though I was paying on Debit. 2nd time it failed to go through he raised his voice again saying "No exnmax". I was having issues with my finger print for my phone. Third time I tried he screamed "NO ENMAX" treating me as if I was incapable of handling my order. It went through third time and I asked him if he was happy. He rolled his eyes and tossed me my food.
