Subway — Restaurant in Calgary

Gagan and the owner are honestly incredible!! I really appreciate them! Top of the line customer service. I usually order in person however today due to my little one being sick I ordered via Skip the Dishes and accidentally chose the wrong store as the address is similar with the difference in blvd and way. When I called Gagan she confirmed to me that she has not received my order than that's when we realized it was the wrong store. As I was figuring out how to cancel my order, she called me right back to inform me that she called the other store amd told him how to make my order. I was absolutely floored by the above and beyond level of customer service. I really appreciate that, I will be a returning customer God willing. Thank you Gagan and the store owner😊🙏🏼

My food at the other location Sunridge Blvd turned out to be soggy, no cheese (even though I payed for extra cheese) wrong condiments it was awful, not to mention the person working that location an older male was extremely rude and was yelling. dear consumers, i have had a very unpleasant experience at this subway. i went on a regular Wednesday on my usual lunch hour, I went to buy my regular sandwich which consists of mustard, bacon, ham, cheese, white cheese, chicken, cheddar cheese, gouda, feta, and pickles, steak, pinto beans, banana peppers and with a variety sauces like mustard, mayo, ranch, and ketchup. and i also asked for it to be toasted, it was no where near well done. the steak was also medium rare, i prefer it well done. after getting this disgusting sandwich with all this moldy meats, i took one step out of the door and BAM! maced right in the eyes. the man who stole my awful wet sandwich ran away, i chased after him but ran into a few poles because i couldn’t see after the pepper spray. i did eventually get my sandwich back after i tackled him and and fought. i chased the man as the subway worker just watched and did nothing. then proceeded to convince me to buy another sandwich. this picture is what it looked like afterwards. rating my...

I haven't eaten at this particular Subway for a few years because of a bad experience I had way back then. It hasn't changed. I had my usual cold cut combo with some green peppers and onions topped with honey mustard sauce...and it tasted OK but boy did I get major stomach cramps for the remainder of the day and all through the night. The thing that sticks out in my mind was the strange look, texture and colour of the honey mustard sauce on this particular visit. Something was glaringly OFF with it and I brushed it off as a corporate change but after bearing the stomach pains all night long, I'm almost certain the issue was with the sauce. And due to the fact that the symptoms happened within 30 minutes of consuming the sandwich, once again I'm certain something was definitely wrong with the product.

As this was my second bad experience with this store, I will not be returning and will be launching a formal complaint with head office to have them check the inner workings of this...
