This one when you been treated nicely you get change to me the servers and the restaurant management staff and they deal with issues that can a problem and they socialize with customer who they became bond customer and friends know what customer like and what order a lot
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☝️💰 2019 updates this restaurant had changed over after the Christmas holiday with the manager and staff and the trouble delivery service that was settled by it’s self due drivers been changed to newer decent drivers and that made the star to go off the scale by self .the only two staff still there is Amanda sever and the asst manager that got promoted to manager and those favours severs I see not there just Amanda and the asst manager who now manger As always this restaurant is excellent once you got to know them and the new drivers are excellent as they got a lady driver delivered the food 🥘 ( A+ ⭐️ )

When called in you got a sever that gave you two things different feedback and reply that not allowed and that cause them get X marking like baseball ⚾️ game .3 strikes u out from customer service business until you find why this was happened. When you asked if they have delivered service on Sunday or when delivery is off and you got a reply say ( 10.00pm ) called was made beforehand and you gave them your information for delivery but it got into a problem and you asked for 👨 to handle this issue and they say they busy and customer ( you ) explain the reason and server went and asked then This ( server say the delivery service was sick 😷 so no delivery service and this was the difference reply you asked for manger and they say delivery service called in sick but never thought telling customer when called that delivery service is out of service ( sick ) only after server asked manager and she he busy but gave her reply that different from first cause a 2 different reply and trigger at X yes mark on the restaurant for the customer service help and behavior of the sever toward customer feedback inquiries.they should have told the customer this ahead of the call when customer called and this happened after server went to asked manager and reply back was completely different than first inquiries
Date ( 2.18.19 ) review on restaurant service On this day I ran into a serious problem that may turn into legal issues over customer service and it had caused a problem with losing the business of the customer due to things like you were not told and nobody called or noted this cause a big issue for customer reason that business with this franchise may come to end on what has gone down and left customer in the cold 🥶 water 💦. XX is now on the report of this restaurant and how they conduct business is not 100 💯 perfect and was not told about the day like ( 2.18.19 ) was not even called saying they be late delivery 🚚 or something to that affected. The helped I got from another Boston pizza location had done a verified report on the matter that what just told was not called for creating bad customer service and the possibility legal issues and losing the so called customer business they had brought together has been bonded by wall ( XX Strikes ) in type of how they did the issue and handled the problem. The ⭐️ rate is how easy gone down to 1 from 5 ⭐️ . One X left if that is trigger then customer will go another joint restaurant service and take advice from another restaurant on condition how customer was treated.

Also this store manager must have put cross sale target for the employee or created pressure to cross sale or I would say falsifying sale practicesto employees, every time I order something waitress provide food with something small extra and did not even mention anything and then when bill comes show completely different what I am ready to pay that order, I ordered free kids meal with my food whice was more than $25 worth when waitress provided food he gave desert as well and didn't mention anything while paying bill they charged extra 10 dollars for cake and asked where these $10 coke from waitress said the desert for kids meal was not included, its not the first time, another day we ordered cactus chips waitress gave salad with it and charged extra for that as well while asked I did not ordered salad where this came from waitress smiled with pretending sorry and said of sorry I thought you want salad with it, really you thought???? And I am paying extra for your dirty game? Myself and my party of 5 went to dine at Boston Pizza for a birthday, however we were met with the worst service I have ever received in my life. Our servers name was Laura M and she treated us with disrespect immediately. She gave us no attention and we had to ask 2x for everything. Our “bottomless” drinks were never refilled and our food took a very long time, despite the restaurant not being busy at all. The food itself was alright. However, when we were finished eating our food no one came to clear any of our plates on the very full table until a lot of time had passed. We asked for our bills 3x, and it took us 30 minutes to receive our bills. Also, Boston Pizza has this “policy” on their lunch menu about “wait more than 20 minutes, next lunch is on us”, and despite our food taking well over 20 minutes, when asked Laura responded with a sassy and disrespectful “Mm. No. It is 20 minutes from when I PUNCH your orders in. And none of your orders took that long”. She pretty much was telling us that she didn’t punch our orders in right away, and instead waited a long time. I work in customer service myself, but the way she was treating us was so horrendous and genuinly shameful on Boston Pizza Crowfoot’s name.
