Canadian Pizza& Fritou — Restaurant in Calgary

Awful service. Ordered wings through SkipTheDishes. Looked online and saw that the wings were much cheaper if I used their (restaurant's) delivery service, or picked up in store. Wings with SkipTheDishes = $10 for 6 wings. Wings from their own store = $7 for 6 wings. I was wondering why they were ripping off customers and so I called the restaurant. They told me that I should call SkipTheDishes since they have nothing to do with the prices. Which was really weird, because why would SkipTheDishes choose what to charge for items at a restaurant? If you order from McDonalds or other restaurants from SkipTheDishes, the prices for the items don't change, so I don't get why I was lied to. Restaurants should handle the upcharge, if there is one, and not throw it onto the customers.

The man who I spoke to on the phone was getting increasingly angry from this conversation, and he ended up hanging up without saying anything. Very childish behaviour.

The food itself was extremely mediocre. The wings were extremely bony and small. $10 ($7 in-store) for basically wings that you could pick your teeth with. Do yourself a favour and just go to Superstore and buy a pack of wings and heat them up yourself.

Needless to say, I will not be returning...

We were very hungry and we were a bit hesitant as the delivery time said 50 minutes. I ordered 4 medium pizzas, 6 cans of Pepsi products. After waiting 1 full hour I called the store, first time around no answer. When I got through, the gentleman denied the 50 minute delivery time and the wait time is always 55 minutes. After questioning him saying it is more than 55 minutes he tried to convince me that 5-10 minutes of being late is fine. Then he said he would call the driver to see how far he is and would call me back. He called me back saying my food would not take more than 3 minutes (which wasn't the case). I told him I would never have ordered had I known you would be past the estimated time, where he argued that the estimated time does not include delivery time. He said he would have to speak to a manager to be able to do anything to compensate for this. I told him to speak with the manager and to phone me back, he said okay, but I never heard back. Our food was supposed to arrive at 7:40 and it arrived just a bit after 8pm. The food tasted okay but very dry compared to other locations. The icing on the whole thing was that we received all Coke products and not the Pepsi as advertised...

CPU Ranchlands is the best pizza spot in NW! We tried the Butter Chicken and Meat Pizza on thin crust—both were absolutely amazing. The quality of the pizza was top-notch, the prices were very reasonable, and the service was excellent. The food came hot and fresh, just the way it should be. This has quickly become my go-to place, and I highly recommend everyone to come and try it out. A local business that’s truly doing an amazing job! Best in the area, the pizza’s are amazing. They seem to care about quality of the pizza maintaining best taste throughout years. The staff is friendly and always have delivered excellent customer service.
