My twin daughters wanted pasta for their birthday and picked this place to try for our first time!

As we were seated, I told the waitress that we were celebrating their birthday (we visited on their actual birthday). She responded "OK", didn't wish them a Happy Birthday or acknowledge it during our entire visit.

We started off with Budda Boomers which are deep fried pizza dough that are tossed in garlic and parmesan romano. They were light and airy and we enjoyed them.

My girls each picked a Unicorn Chiller which is a strawberry and cotton candy slushie, topped with whip cream, sprinkles and an upside down corn (to resemble an unicorn). My wife had the Violet Iced Tea Lemonade and enjoyed a non pop refillable drink.

I had the Chicken Parm Hero Sandwich which featured really (really) overcooked, dried out pieces of chicken, covered in red sauce and put on a baguette. It could have used some more seasoning as well.

My wife had the Spaghetti Primavera with Goat Cheese and added jumbo shrimp. She enjoyed the flavours but the shrimp were barely average size and 5 for the additional $6 seemed steep.

The girls each made their own pasta from the Jr menu. They each chose Alfredo sauce and meatballs, 1 chose fettuccine and the other linguine. Again, the upsell of 3 small meatballs for $4 makes a very simple kids pasta menu dish overpriced at $13.

We had to get the attention of our server for refills, she forgot things like a request for ketchup and had to wait a long time to get our bill after asking for it.

The restaurant was nicely decorated with a New York feel. We'll definitely be going elsewhere for higher quality food and...

I was in Alberta for 2 days to visit my husband who’s here on a 7 week training course.. took forever to be seated because tables weren’t cleaned. Appetizers were good.. they forgot my food but remembered my husbands, so they rushed mine.. not cooked properly and forgot the garlic for the garlic Alfredo. No drink refills at all. Took them over 20 minutes to come back and check on us when our food was served. Asked me if I wanted a to go box for untouched food.. clearly I didn’t like it because it was hard as a rock. They were so rushed with everything. Now I’m heading home starving as I had to fast for an appointment today. Definitely do not recommend.. it wasn’t even busy!!! Please do not ever reply to their survey. They claim they compensated me and Tried to say that they fixed the problem right away. They absolutely did not compensate me. They took off the food that I could not eat because they don’t know how to cook pasta, And fixed it right away? What is your right away? I guess we have two different definitions of the term. Why would I sit there? 25 minutes after my husband was done eating? It would’ve taken you another 15 minutes to Properly cook my food and give it to me while we are sitting there doing nothing. I’m not going to sit there and eat while my husband has already eaten. And I needed to go.. Just avoid answering their surveys because they just try to make it seem like it’s your fault that their staff is incompetent. Search for my video online...
