This is my FAVE Second Cup location in this city so far! I like to go through the drive thru most visits but I went inside yesterday and also enjoyed their spacious patio! It was part sun and shade, so perfect for everyone's preferences. Drinks are always made accurately, and consistently. Customer service is great. People seem like they are genuinely happy to work at this location. This place is clean, inside and out! Parking is able, free and shared with local businesses. This place had many others inside, so you know it's loved by everyone! Come to Second Cup Sunridge and support a great Canadian business!

Today this middle eastern girl that served me my Caramel Corretto was not in the mood. After opening at 8:05am, I walked in and asked about Sugar Cookies, and she replies..."that's from Starbucks!" Wow! If I walked in a Honda dealership, and asked about a Civic, then you tell me "that car is from Toyota..." you are untrained lady! At least talk to the customer nicely, not ignore them and show a dissappointing frown. Not my kind of a morning barista! Hire smiling people please! Not the ones who just punches in and out for the hours. She should be working in a gas station (even they - are nicer)! Good luck!

It was our Celebration Day after the month of Ramadan. We went to this cafe for some refreshment. It was wonderful experience. I asked associate about some sweet, she gave all Gluten Free option as she might know about nutritional restriction which i admire a lot and that is the reason for an extra star. Coffee latte was creamy and blended well. Cookie has appropriate sweetness with good almond quantity and Chia seeds. Both were incredible combination. The ambiance was good. On a sunny day I would plan to sit on their patio and my cup of coffee.

Today around 12noon, Me and my son waited in line for more than 5 minutes. I get it you’re busy but the two staff totally ignored us. I checked their pastries while we waited. They have cookie jars I opened one of them DID NOT TOUCH ANYTHING. Then the lady staff all of a sudden noticed us and said did you get a cookie? I said no I just looked and she is like next time don’t do that as it is unsanitary. I DID NOT TOUCH YOUR COOKIES. If you do not want anybody opening the lid and looking at the cookies then put a sign saying that because as far as I know looking at pastries are fine. Bakeries like Cobs, Wow bakery people can open case lids and LOOK! You literally ignored us the entire time- no hi no hello no one said I’ll be with you shortly. No body even glanced at us. You just magically noticed us just to bark at me asking if I got a cookie. Really? No wonder no one comes here....
