Today around 12noon, Me and my son waited in line for more than 5 minutes. I get it you’re busy but the two staff totally ignored us. I checked their pastries while we waited. They have cookie jars I opened one of them DID NOT TOUCH ANYTHING. Then the lady staff all of a sudden noticed us and said did you get a cookie? I said no I just looked and she is like next time don’t do that as it is unsanitary. I DID NOT TOUCH YOUR COOKIES. If you do not want anybody opening the lid and looking at the cookies then put a sign saying that because as far as I know looking at pastries are fine. Bakeries like Cobs, Wow bakery people can open case lids and LOOK! You literally ignored us the entire time- no hi no hello no one said I’ll be with you shortly. No body even glanced at us. You just magically noticed us just to bark at me asking if I got a cookie. Really? No wonder no one comes here....

If I walked in a Honda dealership, and asked about a Civic, then you tell me "that car is from Toyota..." you are untrained lady! At least talk to the customer nicely, not ignore them and show a dissappointing frown. Not my kind of a morning barista! Hire smiling people please! Not the ones who just punches in and out for the hours. She should be working in a gas station (even they - are...
