Jugo Juice — Restaurant in Calgary

Yesterday my friends and I went to get some juice and The girls that working June 23rd before close Were very rude. First I paid and realized I had a coupon and they wouldn’t refund me so that I could use my coupon. Said that it was impossible And THEN. She told my friend it was to late to make a her own juice And to top it off when we were getting our drinks and we noticed they were small and the one girl was like oh we ran out of the big cups so we had to split them so now we have 3 drinks that are now 6. And she doesn’t tell us till AFTER she’s done. Definitely would like some reimbursement for this....

Upon walking into this locations Jugo Juice a staff member was enjoying what I assume was her lunch... using her hands as utensils and in plain sight. The lady then proceeded to take my order without washing her hands properly, I’m sorry but a sprits of water and no soap is not acceptable. After touching money, touching the milk/fruits/proteins all going into my drink I mentioned something only to receive a blank stare in return. Very warm day, we decided to have fresh juice and smoothie. Good Ambiance and Customer Service was fairly good. I ordered Lavender Lover. The taste of this smoothie was nicely blended with rich flavour and aroma of Lavender. Quite refreshing. Not too sweet, the way I like. My friend ordered Orange Apple Carrot Fresh Juice which was phenomenal. Super refreshing. Associate was maintaining good hygiene. Would like to try out some other smoothies. The best thing is location, instead of deep inside Sunridge Mall it is located few meters inside of Daily Fresh doors...
