This is indeed the best beef noodle soup in Calgary! My partner and I stop at this gem on a rainy Saturday afternoon and we both ordered the beef brisket noodle soup. It combines the best of both worlds: perfectly tender chunks of beef brisket and rice noodles swimming in a flavorful broth. The broth is amazing. It strikes a balance between savory and comforting, and each spoonful is a journey through layers of flavor. The generous chunks of beef brisket are tender and juicy, top with minced pork, veggie, and green onions, goes perfectly with the soft noodles. The house chilly sauce was amazing! Make sure you get it. Service was great and fast. It was not as busy on Saturday. We asked for additional chilly sauce and they even gave us for free. The portion is spot on. I finished my noodles and every last drop of the soup (so tasty that I couldn't resist myself) and was completely full. My partner had about 1/3 left. We were extremely full...

I used to go here just because they offered decent vegetarian options. I went today to get my usual, and I found that they've taken all the vegetarian items off of the displayed menu, only adding fine print saying "vegetable option available."

Well, thanks for showing the chicken, beef and shrimp prices, but making your place very unfriendly to vegetarians. I had to wait in line JUST to figure out the price for my usual tofu meal. I won't even expand on the fact that they raised it's price by $1, but between that and how one-sided they made their menu, I don't want to support them anymore.

I went all in with the chili, and the taste was just right. The beef is indeed delicious!
