New York Fries TD Core — Restaurant in Calgary

Another great New York Fries location! Here you’ll find the typical poutines and hot dogs and combos. Their gravy and cheese curds are always delicious, just the right amount of salt and flavour. The hot dogs are awesome, with soft and flavourful buns, and big and soft hot dogs! I recommend the ultimate combo which comes with a solid amount of food (premium dog, small poutine and regular soft drink). They also offer poutines with different flavours such as butter chicken and pulled pork but I gravitate towards the original poutines. Service here was friendly and fast, with nice presentation and care when preparing orders. Good pricing as well in my opinion. If I could give 0 reviews I would. We found a HAIR in our food and it made me loose my appetite, which is why I went back for a refund, but they didn’t wanna give me one because i used a buy 1 get 1 free coupon. they were claiming that only one poutine had hair in it, the other one was fine so they shouldn’t need to give a refund. I was so disappointed and had to fight to get my money back. they didn’t even apologize once. it’s so disgusting to find someone’s hair in the food...

I'm craving for poutine today Sept 15, 2023 @ 3:10 pm so I decided to go to this NYF at TD CORE. I had a bad experience in one of their location in NE Calgary and thought I would give them another chance. Well the staff here are so nice and performed above and beyond. I think they are superstars and befitting to be recognized. Thank you Mark, Marah and Andrei for the wonderful experience I have received.
