The worst customer service and SIGNIFICANT HEALTH CONCERN ever! I ordered food from the Thai express, and they charged me extra for round-up. I paid by card, not in cash, so there’s no reason for them to round up. When I asked them about it, they just told me that “it’s round up.” Again, I paid BY CARD not in cash, so there’s no reason to round up. Also, they used a paper plate for hot food, and there’s white stuff from the paper plate that got sticked onto the food at the bottom, which is a great safety concern.
I went to the Host service desk to complain about it, and the staff at the service desk took their side. There was an Asian female staff, whose name is Sara, asked me many times that, “Did you ask them?”. I said, “Yes, but they just said it’s round-up.” Then, Sara asked me MANY times if they asked me, and she also said, “Maybe they made a mistake.” Sara was very rude and aggressive throughout the entire conversation, and she faked it like it’s just a “genuine question”. Sara NEVER apologized for her behavior. The other staff beside her also defended for her. They are both very unprofessional and rude.

Read moreI don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I had a really disappointing experience last Saturday, June 28, 2025, around 8:00 PM. The cashier on duty was very rude. I politely asked if I could place an order and wait, since I was with my 3-year-old who really wanted that food. She said they were fixing something and told me to come back in 5 minutes. But she already takes our order and we’re already paid. I agreed on 5 minutes and said I was willing to wait.
When I came back, I noticed our receipt was thrown away while she is cleaning, even though our order hadn’t been called yet. After 15 minutes of waiting, I saw the food was ready, but instead of giving it to us, she acted like it wasn’t our order and told me to wait another 10 minutes. It was frustrating because the food was clearly ours, and luckily the person who prepared it called me and confirmed it.
That cashier was so disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ve had good experiences here before, but her behavior was unacceptable. She was also ignoring other customers and pretending not to see them. We love Pad Thai Express, but staff like her ruin...
Read moreI ordered Green Curry with with noodles and paid almost $17.00 for the dish. It was soo bland had almost No sauce. I had barely eaten 2-3 spoon equivalent from it. I took it to the counter and told the cook who said it’s supposed to have 1 spoon sauce and I should have ordered it with extra sauce and he can’t do anything about it. More than anything it was his attitude and not even a minimal effort to do anything about it. I told him its tasteless and I’m very disappointed and would never return to his place, to which he said I don’t care. I went back to my table but brought my dish back and dumped it in front of cash counter. I never asked for refund. All I expected was restaurant’s willingness to make it right for the customer. He could have said he can give me extra sauce but will have to charge me for it but No. His ego was much bigger than customer service.
