Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Calgary

Never coming back to this location, Very bad service I arrived at 10:35pm and there was no staff at the store, then the woman came at 10:50, so I waited for 15 minutes, when she came from outside she started closing, I told her I have been waiting here for 15 minutes are you just going to close without giving me my order!!!! She said I'm closing now and the way she was talking is so rude, I said but I was waiting for you and you were outside, she said I had a break (a break at this time! So weird), at least leave a note or close the store it's any way empty!!! She also refused to put cream in my coffee she claimed that she doesn't have so I got a bad coffee also.. I asked her about her name she refused to say and when I told her that she shouldn't do this during her work hours she said just complain to the head office so she doesn't care. I was reading some reviews and I was surprised that many reviews are saying the same, finding the store empty, poor quality, and these reviews are from months ago, it's so weird that this problem lasts for all this time!! I feel sorry for Tim Hortons quality failure because of its staff, it was a strong competitor to Starbucks but now I barely get a good coffee from (almost) any branch I...

Went to walmart Tim Hortons today ( dec 11 ) at 9:46 the service was terrible waited in line For 10 min and there wasn't even a line i had to tell the person I'm with to call the employee at the back, i was so excited to get a four cheesed bagel with cream cheese in it and a medium french vanilla but when the employee took my order she told me that she cant do sandwiches and that she can only give me whats only in the display and some drinks. Ok I saw lots of bagel in the display and just asked the employee if she can just put cream cheese in it but again she told me in a none apologetic manner that she cant do sandwiches and can only do drinks. At this point I was frustrated, I also work on a food chain and my boyfriend who also worked at tims before and we don't do that kind of service to people, i even asked my boyfriend if they are allowed to do that as walmart closes at 11 then why stop serving at 9, If its closed then why isn't there a sign at the counter. I asked the employee before i left on what time they close and that was 10:13 pm, she only replied “Almost” So before she could’ve done my order but didn't, pls fix this problem I'm quite disappointed as I would most of the time order tims at this location even...

I have never experienced such terrible service in my life! I was at the tim hortons in the sage hill walmart trying to get a doughnut for my son and wrap for myself. The girl helping me told me she couldn't make my Buffalo wrap because they didn't have the sauce, ok no problem, I asked what sauce they did have and chose one from the options she gave me.. then she says she can't make it AGAIN because they don't have pickles... to which I said that's fine, just make it without, then she says they don't have the chicken and AGAIN SAYS SHE CANT MAKE IT! CLEARLY SHE WAS JUST TOO LAZY TO DO IT IN THE FIRST PLACE!! I told her fine then I'll just take the doughnut and gave her a toonie... this girl literally throws my change AT ME. AND JUST STOOD THERE! I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me!!! She wouldn't even move her sweater over so I could see it! Unbelievable! All I managed to see is the last 2 letters which were "fa". Obviously she's not the brightest crayon in the box as when I speak to the manager (which I will), they will be able to tell who worked the shift today on Jan 20th at 3:20pm with the last 2 initials of "fa".
