This was just disgusting, I understand that teenagers arent always going to give 100 percent but this was sad. I came in with my wife and ordered two combos and asked for the burgers and the fries to be fresh. The boy taking my order said no problem. I watched them as they made our chicken fresh and then take fries and just throw them in the basket that came out and pour then like they came out fresh. And loaded it with gravy for the poutine thinking I couldnt taste the difference. I watched in amusement and in disgust. We took the food to the table just in case I was wrong as they did their best to block my view. 3 of them to be exact. But nope I was right. I walked back with the poutine with the horror and disbelief on their faces. I started with "I already saw what you tried, go back there and drop fresh fries for the poutine. The manager came out who also looked like he was 17 and looked like he was high. Was nowhere to be found earliar but the red bloodshot eyes gave it away. I told him what occurred and he did apologize but wow he did not look very comprehensive. I watched them intensely to make sure nobody spit in my food because at this point I wouldnt put it past them. I tried calling the GM the next day who was polite and even offered me free food which I politley declined. Her only solution was "these teenagers what can you do" That is not a great solution or answer especially when I have told you their names and what was going on. Read moreI recently had a deeply disappointing experience at this establishment. As someone who has worked in customer service, I understand that mistakes can happen. However, the level of customer service I encountered was unacceptable.
I ordered an upgrade to frings (fries and onion rings) and requested fried pickles on the side. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that there was a double portion of the frings. When I brought this to the attention of the employee, rather than addressing the mistake courteously, the employee became defensive and rude. Instead of offering an apology, they closed the drive-through window in my face and proceeded to speak derogatorily about me to another employee.
When I asked for the fried pickles that I had ordered and paid for, I was told I needed to return to the drive-through to place the order again and pay once more. This response was frustrating, as the issue seemed trivial and could have been resolved without additional cost. It was clear that the employee lacked basic customer service skills, failing to resolve the mistake appropriately and showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

When we went back in they refused to fix the issue and blamed us for the mistake. After arguing with us and getting another customer involved they gave us a full size cheeseburger and the fry and said we owed an additional $5.00 when we tried to explain that the total was $8.50 they said we had to pay more because the burger was bigger and the fries were extra. Instead of continuing to argue we paid and left. I called the manager after to explain so that we could have a conversation outside of the store and they refused to give us a credit or a refund of any kind and tell us that they went over and above with customer service because the burger was worth more than what we paid extra. Long story short we paid $13 for $8 worth of food and got items we didn't order anyway and they also took back the chicken burger that was given to us in the first place. In the end I asked them just to refund the order and re charge us the correct amount and they refused to do that OR take the food back and give me what I ordered and don't charge me anymore and refused that.
