KFC — Restaurant in Chilliwack

This was the second time we have been to this location, and all we got for the over-priced meal was a greasy, soggy mess in the bucket. Even the batter coating was dripping off of the chicken because it was just a wet disgusting mess.

The first time I let it go because I understand that sometimes there will be off days and maybe the management was not paying attention to what was being served. Now after the 2nd time, it is clear that the staff at this KFC location doesn't care at all, and the management of this outlet is non-existent.

This is no longer KFC because I can get better chicken at 7-11.

The head office of KFC really needs to step in and take control of this outlet, because I am posting this on social media. Head office has ignored what has been happening at this outlet while you allow a bunch of unqualified staff and unqualified managers handle public food items, and not care about quality control. I am scared to think about what these people are really doing to the food in the back kitchen, because it's this type of staff who will mishandle the food and possibly add to that...

Grabbed a table with a friend after a long night of work at 8:30 pm April 23 2019. Ordered $30 worth of food, sat down to eat and discuss business over our meal at a booth Around 9:05 I needed to use the washroom witch should be open considering they close at 10pm. The door was locked so I asked for a key, the employee then said the washrooms are locked at 9pm. I asked why and he said they have already been cleaned. With food on my table and a friend that is waiting and a restaurant that is open till 10 I had to pack up not getting a chance to enjoy my meal or company due to a employee who didn't want to take a chance on me (making a mess?) a mess in a restroom that could have been cleaned in the morning or with in that hour from 9pm to 10pm and all this with no warning or signs displaying washrooms are closed an hour early... never have been so disappointed in a restaurant ever. I had to drive to a subway 5 minutes a way to use a restroom and then could finally eat my packed up half eaten cold...

Was yelled at by the store "manager" after I said that I received the wrong size popcorn chicken as it came in a number one box instead of a small bucket.

I asked if the size was available to order she said no. I said that the app says large popcorn, chicken. She then ask me if I can read. and where it says "bucket" of popcorn chicken.

l asked to get the store contact information. She told me that if she gives it to me, she needs to take my food back and that a refund would come in 3 business days. I've never been yelled at by store staff before. I even used to work at a KFC in high school I'm aware of how things work with the company

I have never been so disrespected at any restaurant. By no means should I ever be questioned by your staff asking me "if I can read"

This all happened Tuesday June 24th around 7pm.
