i had went in on Thursday to pre order 5 large pizzas for yesterday for my son's birthday party. the young lady who helped me, told me i could just pay at the time of pick up and i went on my way after taking a picture for proof of what she had written down for me.

fast forward to yesterday my husband shows up to pick up the pizza for noon and there was confusion with another party order.. my husband realized and said something. my husband showed them the picture that i took and they said "oh it's not my fault i wasn't here on Thursday". my husband said that's fine i wasn't blaming you just wanted to show for proof and so you could see what we had wanted. the person said okay and walked away. my husband called me and told me what was happening. my husband sat there for an hour waiting for our pizzas and then asked them what was going on as he seen other orders going out. they responded with "we haven't started making anything for your order". my husband then got upset and said he wasn't there just to hangout and how he was missing his sons birthday party. my husband called me back again and told me that they hadn't started the pizza so i told him to just leave and come to the party because we only had a 2hour slot booked at the pumpkin patch. thankfully the people at the concession stand were able to whip up some hot dogs for everyone pretty quickly.

i called pizza pizza today and spoke with someone from customer service about the ordeal because i felt like it was handled poorly and unprofessionally. i still feel upset today for a number of reasons. the man who took the call asked about what happened, put me on hold and then came back and asked again for which location it was and i told him Chilliwack. he then says okay we will follow up with the store about it and that's all they can do. obviously im even more upset now because i feel super dismissed. i said there's no way for some kind of compensation or anything for the wasted time or stress it caused. there were 12 young kids (and all the adults) crabby because they were hungry and husband missed half of the party. he said "nope sorry" i let him know I'd be writing a negative review online. he responded with "yeah i understand do what you need to".

so yeah, heads up to anyone else wanting to place pre orders do not waste...

For the life of me, I cannot believe that this place is still in business. I have been in there six times in the last six months at different times of the day and sometimes later in the evening they never have pizza by the slice and if they do, it looks like it’s been sitting there for days, when he asked the staff about it, they just look at you like you’re an idiot. Don’t even go to this place. It’s not worth it. Updated on August 10, 2025. So I was hungry one day this week and I was driving by pizza pizza and I decided you know what it is 5:30 in the afternoon. They must have some pizza by the slice sitting there so I can just grab a quick bite. I walked in there, and there was not one pizza by the slice to be seen. I asked the person be on the counter if there was any pizza by the slice available shortly as I thought maybe they were cooking some but guess what no pizza. I was told that if I ordered at least two pieces of pizza, then they would make it right away for me which did not work because I was in rush. Very frustrating place to go to. I will never go back...

I've never been so disrespected or disregarded in all my life. Pizza pizza have always done good by me. I spend 50$ atleast everytime I order. It's always hot and fresh. This time, it was not.

He didn't read the delivery instructions The debit machine did not work He continued to put the food onto the cold, wet cement. when he said I will be back for payment he then picked up the warming bag sideways. The pizza was smushed. He then dropped all my poppers on the ground.

I handed him the pizza back and said have a good day. Then had to go to the store to talk about my order. I tried to call but was on hold for over 10 minutes. I made it there before they picked up. They had one person. Poor girl. I politely explained what happened. (See above) She then continued to phone her manager and they said they would remake and charge me full price. I asked for a discount for my troubles and they told that the plebian of a delivery driver offered me a remake. HE DID NOT. They employ liars and I will never spend another cent at a pizza pizza and I recommend you...
