Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Chilliwack

What’s with the sudden lack of toppings? I don’t remember this being an issue. Every other pizza joint in Chilliwack isn’t afraid to load up on the pepperoni or or ham and pineapple but this place is so cheap with the toppings, I ordered a pepperoni and there were 2 pieces of pizza that only had HALF a pepperoni slice on them. Are we seriously being cheap with the toppings so people are forced to pay for “extra” toppings now? Is this the kind of price gouging tactic you guys are pursuing? This isn’t a problem with any other pizza joint in Chilliwack except for Panago. Not a good look guys, and I’m seeing other people complain about the lack of toppings as well. Went to this location the other day to pickup my order. The person told me my pizza was in the oven for only 2 more minutes MAX! 4 people entered the store after me, all served and left before me. I waited over 20 minutes and watched EVERY other person leave before me. By the time i arrived home my pizza was cold, the pizza looked disgusting and i ended up throwing it out. Every time you order they see your history. They continue to ask me over and over "FOR DELIVERY"??? when i told them on the phone to leave a note saying that all my orders are for pickup. Honestly I can't give more than 3 stars for pizza from a chain resteraunt like this, no matter what they do, they won't be able to compete with the many number of privately owned delicious pizza places. So on that note, I think this location is under new management because the service, speed, and quality has risen substantially in the last few months. There is an older gentlemen with a beard who seems in charge, he has that place running like a fine tuned machine. It's spotless, almost clean enough to be medically sterile, it's incredible.
