I had an order messed up a few days ago with missing burgers and called in about it. My family of four orders were all affected by the mistake, as 2 people ordered 1 double burger each and 2 people ordered 2 single burgers each. I explained that no one got what they wanted because everyone only had one single burger each. They took my name and number and put it in the book for the order to be replaced at a later date. I came in today to get the order replaced and they said they would only replace the exact items that were missing, even though no one ended up getting what they ordered because each person only had one single burger. With everyone staring at me, she went and got the supervisor whom I believe was named Janine (by the receipt I got) and SHE proceeds to tell me that she personally remembers bagging the order and that it was all there, nothing was missed, everything was bagged repetitively. She was absolutely certain that she was right and I not and was obviously lying if she personally made sure the order was correct. The way she spoke to me was insulting, ridiculously condescending and it was obvious she was insinuating that I lied about the mistake. They replaced only the two missing burgers. I only hope they were professional enough not to spit in the food I ordered, because 2 children will be eating it. I do not believe we will EVER darken the doorstep of this particular Dairy Queen ever again. Read moreHorrible experience and management! And it's because there is no manager onsite. I waited in line and got skipped over by a couple of customers and two skip the dishes drivers. During covid they had changed the way the line moves and now that everyone is getting vaccinated you don't have stand in line anymore (sarcastically speaking). I asked to speak to the manager at 830pm since I'd been there for 10 minutes or more and they said no one is here to take my complaint. I offered to pass my number to have a manager call and the lady said you can come here at 8am when the manager is here or call the store. I'm at work obviously and she's not comprehending since she's just thinking how do I get rid of this person. I asked is there anyway I can communicate with anyone online and she said nope. In this day in age a business with no online access to feedback or good management is why you can see why I'm not the only one leaving this type of feedback. I can't blame the staff when they don't have managers or any way to take my complaint or even apologize and take ownership for mistakes they made...since their boss isn't there to point them out...kinda glad I didn't order anything cause who knows what the food is like with type...
Read moreSlowest DQ ive ever been to. They had 11+ kids working there, all on their phones standing around doing nothing with a Drive Thru of over 10 cars. After waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes and not moving we went into the store to order one cheeseburger. It took them 20 minutes after ordering to have the burger ready, and it would've been longer if I didn't flag someone over and tell them I'm still waiting. Poor customer service, and what a waste of time. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY. Not even sure if there was a manager or supervisor on shift, but definitely a lot of kids on their phones chatting away while people waited rather patiently. The store was a mess in the lobby, and the burger was dry and the buns were crunchy. Horrible, literally do not go here please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
