I just finished building a house and ordered my whole patio set up from Langley BBQ Shop and I can not thank them enough. I was blown away by the knowledge and service the team provided. From the beginning until the end of the process, they were so helpful. They truly know their stuff and were able to go through every single barbecue with me providing descriptive details on all products which led to me choosing a Weber model that I LOVE grilling on. They then came by and set it up for me, showed me thoroughly how to use it properly and even after their job was done they checked up on my experience! This staff truly loves what they do and it shows in their level of expertise and the attention they provide to their clients even as a company that is always busy. It was first class service throughout the process that I very much appreciate and I will be using Langley BBQ Shop for all of my barbecue and outdoor needs going forward. I highly recommend...

Well I ordered a weber genesis S435 from a well known store ( wont name it) and it has been about over 1.5 months ago and every time I walked in there store they would say its on its way, fair enough. Then I tried to email them as time came for the deadline but they won't respond. I was so fed up. Spoke to Shaq at Langley BBQ and he said he is going do a price match...I went there and Shaq was not in the store .Tristan helped me got me what I was looking for without any hassle. This is the go to place with beyond excellent customer services, great place, great people,very knowledgeable. I recommend...

We were in the market for a compact grill and noticed that pricing was basically the same everywhere, so I opted for a smaller specialty shop in the hopes they'd know a little more than most anyone on the floor at a big box store. I was NOT disappointed! Not only was the selection of models in store surprisingly good, but the product knowledge and personable service was first rate. On top of that, the after-sale support truly exceeded our expectations! They promptly and gladly smoothed over what could have otherwise been a drawn-out warranty experience with the manufacturer, and that's a level of service that's really hard to come by! Skip the big-box stores, support a local business, and enjoy a premium buying experience worthy of the premium products they sell....
